  1. Octavia was worried about having to be put to sleep by her big brother, because she had heard that there was another party being put on by the older campers. Which sucked. She didn't want to be put to sleep because of that reason again. She huffed a little when Leroy had asked her to go to the sleep over together. She hadn't heard about that one yet, but she was excited enough to go. She walked over to the Hypnos cabin with her big brother and looked around the area. The door was open, and she could hear people talking on the inside. She grinned as she walked in but something about the place made her want to go to bed. She fought it for a moment and then noticed Derrick over there. Apparently so did her brother. A small smile came to her face as she ran and jumped on Derrick. "Did you meet Leroy, he's, my brother. Big brother but still my brother." she grinned looking at the older boy with a grin. She couldn't help but love the fact that she had more family. However, her attention was turned to a girl that asked about something hanging on the wall. She tilted her head being a little curious as well.
  2. Octavia could feel him dragging his heels, but she couldn't help but laugh at him. "Be..cause.." she started giggling along with him. "We need to get to the place before the others are there." she told him as she looked back at him. He was funny and she was so glad that she had him as a friend. "I don't want to share anything with anyone but you." she told him as pulled him along to the arts and crafts area. "So.." she said stopping once they got to the area. "Why are all those girls looking at you so strangely when we are in school?" Octavia didn't understand yet. Maybe Derrick knew about it. She flipped her hair to the side and started braiding it down. Levi had ended up cutting it a little, which was nice. It wasn't too long but not short either. Just more manageable. Once she was done with her hair and stood up right and smiled at him. "They can't have my best friend." she said with a huff. Going through all the emotions.
  3. Octavia had ended up missing the bon fire because she wasn't feeling the best. But that was besides that point. The nine-year-old girl was bouncing around the area like a wild cat. Sickness be dang. She wasn't going to let it get the better of her at this point. She was at the moment jumping on her bed when James walked through the cabin door with another boy. A new boy. One that she hadn't seen before. She blinked and tilted her head to the side as she jumped up and down. She glanced at the boy, giving him a once over, then James' voice boomed telling them all to come meet their new brother. Octavia couldn't help but scream in excitement. Jumping from the bed to the floor in a flash. She raced over to the two boys and smirked. Her long blonde hair all a mess due to her being wild at the moment. "Welcome to Tyche!" she greeted with a laugh. "What's your name. Mine is Octavia." She told him with a bright smile. She glanced over to James for a moment and giggled. She was excited to have a new member of her family. Although she was still the youngest it seemed.

  6. She was led into the big house, and she glanced up at him as he spoke to her. "Nice to meet you to Mr. Levi." she told him with a bright smile. She walked up to the bar stool and got up on it, so that she would be a nice height for him to help with her hair. There was a lot of it, and she didn't know what she was going to do with it but that was just about it. She giggled when he told her that he did know how to braide and that he had to many sisters not to know. The smile never left her lips. He went to talk about her hair and even brought up the fact that she should cut it. "OH no no." she said shaking her head. "I like it long, but it gets to be a little too much. Maybe I should cut it though. Can you cut it a little." she turned to look at him for a second before turning back around. "I still want it a little long but maybe not past my butt like it is." she told him as she slumped a little in the chair. She allowed him to brush her hair and her head would move whenever he pulled on the tangle, but something was wrong. He had said that it was the first and her eyes widened. "Did it get caught?" she question curiously though a little worried about it. "My hair is a mess." she said with a pout.
  7. School had been horrible for her. She had made one friend but they had ended up saying that they didn't like her, so she stuck with Derrick most of the time. Though there were girls trying to get at him and giving her mean looks. So that wasn't fun. She didn't know what she did but Derrick was her friend and that was the way it was going to be. The both arrived at the camp happy to be back and of course she had to her her siblings all about the time that she had in school that wasn't fun at all. James seemed to lift her spirits a little better. Always the best big brother. She was so lucky to have him with her. Though she had went over to grab Derrick from his cabin and pulled him along with her to go find a craft to do. "Come on slow poke." she giggled as her hair bounced around behind her as she walked. @ Derrick Raines
  8. She knew that throwing her brush wasn't something that she should have done, but she was so fed up with the amount of hair she had on her head, though she wouldn't cut it because she loved it so much. So, there she was in a dilemma. Not knowing what she should do but just stand there. she was just about to go over to pick up the brush when she heard a voice calling out to her. she blinked and moved her hair out of her face to see a really pretty guy talking to her. Her eyes widened a little and she blinked for a second trying to make sure that he wasn't some angle in the camp. Were they real to? She smiled at him as he got closer to her and bent down eye level with her. He tucked some hair behind her ear as she just stared at him. She was amazed by the way he looked. When he spoke again, she was able to come out of her mesmerized state. "I'm Octavia." she told him with a wide smile. She watched as he stood back up and held his hand out to her. She looked at it curiously before taking it and nodding as he told her that he would help her take care of her hair. "Do you know how to braide?" she questioned him curiously.
  9. @ Levi Jones Today was the day that she had gotten an early start to her day. Even decided that she was going to do her own hair. Even though she was nine years old, she still had so much help with it due to the fact that her hair was down past her butt. She, at the moment had a brush in one of her hands and a strand of hair in the other as she brushed it slowly. She was huffing and puffing about how she could get all this done within the right amount of time. Well, before the others started waking up in the cabins. She pulled hard and let out a little scream as she pulled the brush through some tangles. "Ugh!" she groaned out and raised her arm to throw her brush across that way. "I've had it." she muttered to herself as she watched through the tangled hair as the purple brush bounced a couple of times on the ground. She huffed and crossed her arms.
  10. YES!!! I'll start what we talked about tonight.
  11. Octavia listened attentively to petal's reassurance, her hesitation soon fading away. She trusted the girl in front of her. When she said that they could be friends. She bounced on her heels once again and grinned happily. "Great. My big brother told me to go out and meet new people." the young girl couldn't help but be excited about everything that was happening right now. She was happy with having a new friend. It meant that she could come over to the cabin anytime she wanted to and bother Petal all the time. Their conversation turned to the tie dying her hair and she couldn't help but bounce once again. "Okay, that sounds awesome." she said to Petal as she sways from side to side. When she gave the colors that she liked, Petal seemed to go along with it, saying that it would look fantastic and telling her that they should head over to the cabin right then. Octavia was ready for the new experience and also ready to see what she was going to look like with colorful hair. Petal grabbed her hand and the younger girl walked closely next to her. Octavia couldn't help but giggle a little when Petal began to tell her about how they could be tie dye buddies. "I really like that idea." She grinned as they entered the Iris cabin. She couldn't help but look around in awe. It was different from her cabin. The cabin was full of colors and different things. Her cabin was full of slot machines and things like that. Her attention was still on the cabin as Petal called her attention to her once again. Octavia looked her way and noticed that the older girl already got things put together. Octavia didn't know what it all was, but she was impressed to say they least. She smiled again and walked up to the chair and climbed on it before taking her seat, wiggling a little to get comfy. She giggled a little at Petal's words. "I'm excited about this." She said a little giddy. "I'm ready for this."
  12. Octavia couldn't help but grin brightly at Petal. She had even said that she liked Octavia's name which made the younger Tyche child bounce on her feet a little. "Really." She said grinning brightly liking the fact that they were already getting along so well already. She titled her head a little when Petal brought up the fact that she shouldn't be worried about being to young for swords. "Yeah, but I wanna do what they do." she told her with puppy dog eyes. She wanted to do it so bad. She was upset because Derrick was able to play with axes so why not her. Though Petal did come up with a bright idea. She still had yet to go visit all the cabins and other places that were around. "You're right." she said thinking about everything that she could get into. Petal giggled and it made Octavia giggle as well. She wanted to be like the older girl now. "How long does it take?" she questioned her curiously. She was a little scared to do anything to her hair or body because she was still too young. But she could dream couldn't she. She might have the guts to do it. She would have to think about it a little longer. Petal said that she would always hang out with her, and her mouth opened up a little in awe. "Really? Like really!" she had a big grin on her face as Petal said that she would hang out with her. That was all that she wanted in life. More friends. "I would like to be friends with you." She giggled as she swayed in her spot. Then their conversation went to talking about the bonfires and how amazing they were. Octavia nodded her head and bounced on her feet. "I think so too. Especially when the fire changes colors." she titled her head some. Octavia watched as Petal's eyes widened and the younger girl couldn't help but mimic that as well. Her eyes widened as well. Though they widened more when she said if Octavia would want help tie-dying her hair too. "Will it stay like yours?" she questioned curiously. She wouldn't care to have her hair done the more that she thought about it. "Sure. I don't think anyone is going to care that I've dyed my hair." She told Petal as she grinned. "I like pink and green, and blue." She told the Iris girl with a giggle as walked over to her and grabbed her hand. "I'm ready." she said bouncing more. She already to play with Petal.
  13. She was just about to kick a rock when she heard a voice that made her look up. The girl was in complete tie dye and Octavia thought that it was pretty cool. The girl called herself Petal and the young Tyche girl titled her head as she looked her up and down. Daughter of Iris? She remembered her brother talk about them. She grinned bright at the older girl and bounced on her feet a little. "I'm Octavia. Daughter of Tyche." the young one said as she moved closer to her because the tie dye was drawing her near. She wanted to dress in that. "Oh? Well, I am." she told her honestly. "Everyone says I'm too young to play with the swords and they just want me to shoot arrows, but I don't want to do that." She said with a shrug of her shoulders. "I don't know what to do, but I do like your clothes." she grinned brightly as she once again looked at them. Even her hair was the same colors. "Do you dye your hair too?" she blinked up at Petal, keeping the smile on her face. It was then that Petal went on about meeting people when she first got there and all that. She listened to her contently. She wanted to know everything about the rainbow girl. Octavia giggled a little and nodded her head. "Well, I got to meet Derrick, he's a son of Nemesis." she told her. "He's just a couple months older than me." she was bouncing from her toes to her heels now. "I've meet James and all my siblings. Honestly, there isn't much of anyone else I met." She shrugged thinking about it. "Not everyone wants to be around a nine-year-old." she said honestly. "Well, my favorite part has to be the bonfires." she couldn't get enough of the singing and dancing.
  14. Being nine years old around camp was something crazy. She was having a hard time getting to go practice. All they wanted her to do was shoot bows and arrows. She wanted to fight with a sword, just like her big brother James. BUT NOOO! To young. Well, that was what she was told. Regardless. She was doing her own little thing at the moment. Her hair had been pulled up into two space buns on top of her head with a couple of strands falling around her face. She was in shorts and her camp t-shirt. She was a year-round camper now. Since she had found out that her father had passed away during the monster attack that happened before she got there. It was sad and she was still pretty much working on it, she wanted to show her family that she wasn't going to be a big crybaby about it either. So, she plastered a smile on her face as she went walking around the camp. Maybe someone would have something fun for her to do. She had been helping out people with the cleaning here and there. They seemed to take advantage of that as well. She had even gone to the big house to see Lilythe. Yet, she was still pretty board. @ Petal Price
