  1. It was a mixture of boldness and not wanting Levi to feel like he always had the upper hand that made Samantha strip off her shirt and taunt him. Given the weird conflicting looks and hesitating actions he’d been making all night she thought perhaps she could get him off his game; that would be funny. The ensuing moments proved just how wrong she was! Before Samantha could even process everything, her bra was torn off and she found herself flat on her back. Levi was far from off game, she had awoken a beast, and if he was a beast then she had just dangled a very enticing treat by taking off her shirt. She felt the night air hit her exposed breasts and realized just how cold it was. Those complaints fled her mind though when Levi's warm mouth enveloped a nipple, his hand quickly exploring the other one. Her breasts were modest in size but very perky and soon the nipples hardened under Levi's assault.

She gasped at the attention her body was now aching for and that made her blush red with embarrassment. How had she allowed this brute to get her in such a compromising position? And why was her body betraying her thoughts and beliefs so badly? She was a proud daughter of the enlightened Athena, not some common harlot to so quickly give into desire. Remembering that some Aphrodite kids could pick up on strong emotions she tried to bury her embarrassment hoping he wouldn’t know. As he claimed another kiss she felt her pants being pulled down to her lower legs but not taken off completely. Because of that, with Levi on top of her like this, her legs were mostly pinned. In such a venerable position her skin felt like it was on fire, the heat only building when the invading fingers found their way to the center of it. Her matching blank panties were already slightly damp, a further betrayal of her body. As Levi taunted her she couldn’t help but arch her hips in a small thrusting manner, trying to press herself against his fingers. She was biting her bottom lip now, hard, in an effort to prevent anymore sounds or admissions of submission to Levi.

  2. Unsurprisingly to most, Samantha was a morning person and had already been up for a couple hours planning out her day. It was still morning and she'd decided to head to the training arena to get some practice in. This was usually a time when it was relatively empty which is what she'd preferred because despite being a daughter of Athena she had never quite picked up a knack for hand-to-hand combat training. This way she could practice her stances and motions without too many eyes on her as she would feel like she was being judged for her lack of skill. She was now determined to apply all her discipline into improving.

So Samantha was a little surprised to see there was already another camper in the arena; Kenna! Well that wasn't too bad, while they hadn't interacted much she seemed like a good kid and usually kept to herself so this shouldn't be a problem. Standing there she watched the daughter of Hephaestus go through her paces, admiring how natural it seemed to her. When Kenna turned around Samantha waved to her smiling. "Hello Kenna! Do you mind if I train here too?" she asked.

  4. Samantha was a girl who was used to being in control in almost every situation, in part due to her firm upbringing. Being the daughter of a famous senator meant the spotlight was always on her and it was very rare when she ever had a moment to let go and not care. So much so that as the years went on that became how she acted regardless. While her father was as loving as any girl could ever want he did strictly instill in her the importance of hard work, dedication and discipline. These were the values she carried with her into Camp Halfblood and while those traits had allowed her to be a very caring older sister to her half siblings they had also isolated her from many other campers too.

Now though, Samantha was in a situation where she most certainly was not in control. Not knowing any of the steps to this dance (where there even any?) she had to rely on Killian to guide her around the dance floor. She was a quick study and it did not take her to longer to figure out some of it. Relieved, like a huge weight had lifted off her she felt light as a feather dancing there. She even didn’t feel total disgust when she saw Evelyn at the punch bowl, sticking her tongue out at the girl when she danced by. Continuing to let her guard down little by little, trusting Killian's initiative as they worked their way over the room. For a son of Dionysus he wasn’t the worst person in the world and she even found herself blushing a bit as he dipped her. Embarrassed a little she did her best to regain her composure as the dance started to wind down.

  5. As Samantha recovered from the shot she still felt unconvinced these types of parties would ever be for her. However, her recent insight had persuaded her that, if she was patient, perhaps she’d get a chance to talk to some of the more hard core party’ers and pull them back towards more acceptable behavior. In the meantime she could try her best to have fun. Killian wasn’t so bad, he at least seemed to genuinely care that everyone was having a good time and that was admirable in its own rights she supposed. “Well we can at least agree on one thing Killian, life is indeed short which is why you won’t find me wasting a second of it. We only have so much time to prepare for everything life will throw at us.” Little did Samantha know that life was about to throw something very unexpected her way for in that moment she noticed a mad glint in the Irishman’s eyes. “Whattttttt are you doing?” she asked. The next few moments was a confused blur, there was a whistle, music started playing, and then she was whisked away and the room spun around as a flurry of dancing began.

Ahhhhhhhhhh” she cried but the alarm in her tone quickly transformed into excitement. She wasn’t ignorant of dancing as she’d been to many charity balls on the campaign trail. Those dances had been slow, coordinated and in a lot of cases boring. The dance Killian started was anything but boring, it was as wild and unpredictable as the son of Dionysus himself was. And for a moment, as she was spinning around, Samantha forgot all her problems, her worries, all the stress and restraint she had piled up on herself. She simply danced, and as she did so a big grin formed on her face.

  6. Samantha questioned if she’d made the right move by kissing Levi back, she was playing with fire now and quickly running into very uncharted territory. She felt the invading hand slip up her shirt and she knew it’s target, still, knowing did little to prepare her for the rush of pleasure that hit her when it did. While her mind had been busy debating, her body knew what it wanted and responded to Levi's touch as expected. A body that had long gone untouched began burning with a desire that was soon overwhelming her. Samantha couldn’t hold it in any longer and a slow pitiful moan slipped out. Fuck, she thought, this is embarrassing, she knew it would only fuel Levi further. If this was a battle, then she had just surrendered a lot of ground to the enemy.

Levi must have known this too because the next thing she knew her head was swiftly pulled to the side by her hair, exposing her slender neck to whatever pleasures Levi wanted to plunder. How far was this going to go? Would she ever be able to look at herself the same if she went all the way? Would she even care? Maybe she could go a little farther, she could always stop when she wanted. Maybe she cou….”Ahhhhhhhmmmmmm” she cried when Levi bit down. She hadn't expected that and it would surely leave a mark. If it was possible to blush harder she found a way…dammit…but gods did that feel good.

It was then that Levi withdrew, she could tell something was off with him but she was in no position to question. And as he taunted her she thought to herself am I getting off on this? Is it turning me on that this boy found a way to breach my defenses? Her body answered with a resounding yes but she couldn’t give in completely just yet. She was a daughter of Athena and this like anything else in life was a battlefield, she refused to fold this easy. “Mmmm the way those hands have been busy I’d say you want me just as bad, maybe more?” She was a curious girl and this was a new field that might just be worth exploring. Feeling a little more confident now she started to unbutton her shirt letting it fall to the ground, now just in her jeans and a black bra.

  7. Samantha couldn’t help but let out a little laugh at Killian's political remark. “Fair enough” she admitted “I guess I just got curious about how the less restrained side of camp parties? It’s…about what I expected it to be.” She paused, looking out at the crowd again. Maybe it was her Christmas Spirit but on a more thoughtful second glance it did appear that not everyone was misbehaving. Perhaps she had been a little quick to judge the group as a whole. “Well, I am trying to get better about socializing even if I don’t always agree. It’s just frustrating sometimes, we all have so much potential but how much time do we waste partying or moving on from lover to lover. As a daughter of Athena I have a responsibility to guide the other campers towards a path of discipline and accomplishment. But I guess I can’t expect to reach everyone. Perhaps the occasional party isn’t the worst idea. Besides, I suppose it is Christmas.”

It may be that the best way to reach people would be to socialize with them first rather than immediately calling them out she thought. With that she looked back down at her shot that she had only sipped at. She had drank before several times at various political events her father had her attend but being under age it had only been mild champagne. Never anything as strong as this. “Well, here goes nothing. Merry Christmas!” and with that she tilted her head back and poured the entire shot down in one go. For a split second she felt nothing…then her eyes watered and she couldn't stop coughing.

  8. Growing up in politics Samantha felt she could argue and debate with the best of them, and as Levi tried to lump her mother in with the rest of the “lustful parents” several counterpoints started to spur in her mind. Only, they were half formed and she found herself struggling to find the words. Dammit, why now? Why was she struggling to keep her posture? Still, she had to try. “Athena is different, she conceives through logic and conviction. We’re unique from the rest of you!” At least, that is what she’d been told. Could it be that she was mistaken? This whole evening had seemed to call into question so much she’d held as truth.

Before she could think of another retort Levi had already made his move pulling her tight against him. She gripped him strongly so as to not fall off her feet, using him for her support when she felt something very unexpected down there. “LEVI how dare you!” she shouted, slapping his shoulder in shock and yet her body did nothing to remove itself from his embrace. “If you think I’m the kind of girl to…Levi didn’t seem to care, once again claiming another kiss. Just like last time the haziness returned. Did she want this? While her mind was racing to figure the situation out her body was certainly reacting as she felt a heat building up inside her. With Levi's hand firmly entwined in her hair she was stuck there. That’s what she told herself at least, she knew Levi would never force himself, and yet she was still here kissing him. She…wanted this…? It was getting hard to think so for maybe the first time in her life Samantha stopped thinking, and she kissed Levi back. When he broke away, asking her what she wanted she responded by pulling him back into the kiss. Using her own hands to run through his hair, her lips tentatively feeling their way into the kiss.

  9. She thought about taking a step back as Levi advanced, but her body seemed to have other ideas as she felt herself glued to the spot. She had been rebuking him for years now but there was suddenly conflict in her mind and she didn’t know what to do about that. She’d been warned time and time again that pride and overconfidence were her weak points and now here she was in the lion’s den without a clear plan on how to proceed. Levi certainly appeared to know how he planned to proceed, smirking as he told her he had goals too. “You? The guy who only thinks about the next girl he’s going to chase after? What goals could yo…” was all Samantha managed to get out before Levi quickly closed the remaining space between their lips. About a million thoughts and emotions exploded through her mind at that moment. A mixture of ‘how dare he’ and…something else, something she couldn’t quite place but it felt really really good so her curiosity grew. The kiss was gentler then she expected, and in that brief moment she allowed her lips to relax and accept the kiss. Feeling her lip being pulled the sharp sensation of him nipping it caused a soft but very involuntary moan to escape her mouth. ‘What the hell Samantha?!?’ she thought, blushing bright red.

Just as she started to lean into the kiss she noticed Levi backing away promising more, but she then noticed a sudden shift in his appearance. Samantha prided herself at being very intuitive towards others body language and she could tell straight away that Levi was no longer present. Clarity returned to her immediately, washing away the hazy confused thoughts she was feeling just seconds ago. He seemed conflicted and processing something serious, was he having second thoughts about this? That didn’t seem like the Levi she knew at all and it was bizarre to witness. She couldn’t help but mess with him a little “Performance issues? From a son of Aphrodite? You know, that’s almost unheard of” she teased, flashing him a smirk. Her tone changed though when Levi switched the conversation, whatever was going through his head must be serious so she should respond likewise.

I..I..I can have fun!” she said defensively. “I..I do. Besides there’s more to life than hookups and hangovers you know? If you want something in life you have to work hard for it, nothing is given freely. Athena teaches that only through self-control can one guarantee results, she taught that to my father; and he in turn to me. I don’t plan on wasting my youth on trivial pursuits when I can be applying myself now and I don’t understand why others wouldn’t do the same? Legends are filled with so many of our deity parents engaging in little other than over indulgence; lust, gluttony, wrath. And what has it gotten them? I know I can be better.

  10. Samantha stepped aside to allow the other girl to leave, making a mental note to try and follow up with her. For now, she enjoyed watching Levi roll his eyes as his attempted fling walked away from him. Finally, a victory in her personal crusade against libidinous behavior. She permitted herself a smirk, watching to see how Levi would react now that there wasn’t a girl to chase. That’s when his eyes locked on hers and she realized her miscalculation; there was still one girl left in the area…her. Shit, she thought to herself as Levi swooped forward and lifted her chin up, the contact made her knees wobble ever so slightly. Get ahold of yourself, she thought as she shifted her legs regaining her stance. She held Levi's gaze, trying to not look flustered as he licked his lips, listening to him try and justify his nature she finally couldn’t hold back. “I don’t take an interest in bothering you Levi, I take an interest in preserving the innocence of those girls you always go after! I’ve seen what happens when someone pursues a life without restraint, giving into their base desires, drinking and sleeping around, and I won’t see them succumb to that. They have goals in life, I have goals, and my mother Athena knows that the best way to achieve victory is through restraint and discipline. What does your mother teach?” she shot back.

She truly believed what she said, she did, she had worked hard non-stop her whole life in pursuit of accomplishment. So why was it so hard to concentrate with Levi inches from her face? She thought back to the one time where she had really allowed herself to let loose, how disappointing it had been, how the boy had gotten what he was after with lies and false promises; never to be seen again. After that event she had doubled down in her beliefs and never looked back, and yet there were still times it felt like something was missing. Like something wasn’t balanced… As Levi whispered in her ears, goosebumps spread over her neck. “One and done…then what’s the point Levi?” she asked, but this time it wasn’t in challenge, it was in curiosity. Her Athenian side in wanting to know.

  11. Levi, you know very well that I am the last person to ever be a peeping tom, or enjoy any kind of show you would put on!!” She was about to go on with her retort but stopped herself, was there really a point when it came to Levi? The man was a slave to his desire and base instincts, a side effect of being cursed as a child of Aphrodite she assumed. She had lost count of just how many times she had tried to talk sense to him and chastise him for his behavior. She felt there was potential in Levi, despite his partentage, if only he’d apply himself to something useful other than chasing after women. “Ugg Levi, as if I’d ever be jealous” she shot back “Don’t you ever want to do more with your life than run from girl to girl?

Samantha was relieved to hear that the other girl was ok, even if for the life of her she could never understand why. Didn’t this girl understand that Levi's attention was fleeting? That soon she’d be just another discarded conquest of his? How was this sort of behavior conducive towards completing any goals in life? As she pondered this Levi began his assault on the girl’s neck and Samantha instinctively turned her face away blushing a bright red, covering her face with her hands to try and hide how this raw display of lust flustered her “Jo…join? Levi have you lost your mind?!! And you know I only just got here....I thought someone was crying out...

  12. It was all Samantha could do to catch the “gasp” that tried escaping her lips as she quickly threw her hand over her mouth to muffle it. She felt silly now, having run through the thicket thinking another camper was hurt or possibly worse. Yet it just turned out to be a girl about to make a foolish mistake with…Levi! That scoundrel had probably seduced her and was now about to have his way with her right out in the open by the lake; had he no scruples whatsoever?!? Any anger she had towards the girl quickly shifted to Levi. It was well known at camp how he was always looking for his next conquest. Samantha had spent many hours lecturing her fellow female campers, warning them to stay away from Levi. Still, a few had still gone through with it and she’d always kinda resented him over that. Finally, here was her chance to stop him in the act….so why had she not spoken up yet?

It must have been her current state of frustration because she couldn’t stop an intrusive thought from slipping into her mind; Levi was VERY attractive. Most of her interactions with the boy had been yelling at him, chasing him off, this might be the first time she had ever just paused and seen him. Her eyes felt transfixed, observing as he planted demanding kisses on the girl’s neck, a wondering hand conquering its way up her thigh. The girl certainly seemed to be enjoying herself…Samantha couldn’t help but be curious what that must have felt like. She’d had sex before, once, with a boy she thought would be the one. He turned out to be as disappointing as the sex had been. And yet, this girl didn’t seem to feel that way at all. Against her better judgment she tried to sneak in closer when her foot stepped on a loose branch *CRACK* Just as the girl jolted out of Levi's lap so too did Samantha jolt out of her immoral thoughts. Realizing she was found out she steadied herself briefly, before charging into the scene, her finger pointing accusingly. “LEVI JONES HOW DARE YOU TRY TO SULLY THIS POOR GIRL!” she shouted in her best attempt at an intimidating tone as she turned to the girl now. “Are you ok miss? Was he going too far? He’s quite the deviant!” she said, eyes darting back to Levi.

  13. Samantha was debating in her mind the pros and cons of bailing on the party, currently she was leaning towards leaving as barely anyone had noticed her arriving. That would be rather rude to spurn an invitation she’d already accepted by walking into the room, but then again she hadn’t been spotted by anyone who would notice her absence. That’s when she heard Killian's obnoxious tone call out to her from across the room, “Shit…” she mumbled to herself. There was no escaping now short of running out of the building, but her pride was too prominent to allow her to do something as silly as that. Taking in a deep breath she counted down in her head “Three……two……one” exhaling as she turned around and began walking towards Killian; doing her best to try and keep a genuine smile on her face. “Killian! What a wonderful…’gathering’ you’ve managed to put together, and on such a short notice too. Are the holidays treating you well?

She did her best to appear like she wanted to be here, that she even wanted to be seen talking with Killian. She had heard plenty of stories about his ‘encounters’ with other female campers; he was almost as bad as Levi in her mind. Though it seemed he had managed to behave somewhat better since being around Willow so maybe he wasn’t a total lost cause. “Judging people?” she asked, her hand intrinsically moving over her mouth, was she that obvious? “I would never” she lied. “Though I can’t say I approve of this sort of get together. As demi-gods it’s our duty to be ever vigilant. Sex and drinking won’t lead to that…” She did take the shot from his hand, it would be rude not to. Looking at it she lifted it to her lips, taking only the tiniest sip, it was enough to make her nose twitch. “Hmmm”.

  14. Samantha had found herself out for an evening walk along the lake to clear her head. Thankfully it was one of those unusually warmer winter days that seemed to be sprinkled throughout the season and she wanted to take advantage of it. Like the weather, her holiday season had also been a bit unusual. She had decided this year to spend the holidays at camp rather than with her father and for the most part it had gone well. She had a chance to spend time with her Athenian sisters decorating their cabin and it was lovely spending quality time with them, but then she had also attended Killian's Christmas party last night and that had been less than preferable. Being a child of Dionysus the party he had thrown included campers over indulging in drinking and some quite unbecoming behavior under the mistletoe. She’d left it feeling rather gross, as that sort of conduct was rather beneath her she felt. Though some of the comments those campers had made about her had her questioning herself, which was why she found herself out walking this evening.

"Prude” was a word they had used and she was internally digesting how that made her feel. She preferred “morally upright” or “chaste”, like her mother she believed that restraint was the correct way to live out one’s life. How many heroes both fictional and historical had lost it all by over indulging in their vices? Well not her! She was a woman with goals and dreams and she would accomplish them by staying true to her creed. This did come at a price though as, like tonight, she wondered if maybe she’d be more popular if she gave in and let loose from time to time? Or if she’d enjoy her life more if she didn’t live it quite so strictly? Samantha was quickly hurled out of her thoughts though when she heard a sudden noise. She realized that while she was still near the lake she had wandered off the beaten path quite a bit. The noise sounded human and not monster. Was another camper out here too and possibly injured? She brook into a short run heading toward the noise. Coming up to the source by the lakeside she saw not one person, but two. And it didn’t look like they were hurt either!

  15. Samantha was excited to see Katie join them as well, waving to her younger sister when she saw her enter the room. She couldn't help but grin as she listened to Sage excitedly explain about the different decorations she had assembled for them. It was clear that Sage was really looking forward to this time that they would all get to share together and her enthusiasm was contagious.

"I can go ahead and get started on the popcorn strands?" Samantha volunteered reaching out and picking up a string and a handful of popcorn she began to lace them through. "So, anything new with the two of you this holiday season?" she asked while working on the decoration. Being a a good older sister she wanted to check in with her siblings and see how they had been lately as she always enjoyed hearing about what was going on in their lives.

Samantha had gone back and forth that afternoon on whether she would attend the evening party or not. Growing up she had been to plenty of holiday and charity events before on the campaign trail with her father so she felt like she had seen it all. However, those events had pretty much been exclusively adults, rarely was there anyone around her age in attendance. Even then, she never got to interact with them much, always being moved from one important person to another, “doing the rounds” her father had called it. Maybe it would be fun to check out a holiday party run by her peers? With that in mind she decided to give it a try, picking out an outfit that was flattering without being too revealing, she hurriedly did her hair and makeup. Arriving at the Big House about thirty minutes past the starting time of the party.

Walking into the large main room she slowly surveyed her surroundings as she moved towards the drinks and refreshments. Her lips slightly thinned in mild annoyance, this is what she had expected to see. Many of her fellow campers were already several drinks in and beginning to act out the way kids their age often did, not her of course, she had too much self-control for that. Out of the corner of her eye she even spotted one particular couple getting very comfortable under the mistletoe. “Well, you would never catch me doing THAT in public” she said softly to herself. That’s when she saw (no, heard) Killian singing loudly at the piano. Of course, this had to be one of his parties, she thought to herself, that makes a lot more sense. Still, she was here now and it would be very rude to walk out this early.

  17. Samantha smiled to herself as she re-read Sage’s note, easily picking up her younger sister’s energetic vibe from the handwriting. She’d learned over time that Sage, being a year-round camper, particularly looked forward to the holidays as a time to make memories with her friends. This was one of many reasons that Samantha had lately started staying at camp through the holidays. It meant a lot to her younger sibling and while she missed her dad she had plenty of opportunities to see him throughout the year, opportunities Sage did not have. It was important to her to be here for her camp family. Being one of the older students she saw it as her responsibility to provide whatever her sisters needed. Plus, who wouldn’t have fun decorating a cabin she thought.

Walking into the room she was amazed at how many supplies Sage had already managed to acquire and set up on her own. “Wow Sage, this is incredible! Though I suppose I shouldn’t suspect any less from you” she grinned walking over to give the younger girl a tight hug. “So who else is coming? What should we get started on?” she asked, looking around at everything laid out in front of her.

    Biography

Austin Adams was a man of great ambition cursed with terrible luck. Raised in a Georgian family where success seemed to come as naturally as breathing, he became somewhat of the black sheep for the fact that he never managed to accomplish much. His one saving grace was his strong desire for civil service and it was here that he managed some accomplishment in running for local office. Through hard work he had managed to win election to the city council. Taking joy in his role as public service Adams set his sights even higher. It was no secret the current congressman was greatly unpopular. This was the chance Austin had been waiting for to climb the political ladder. What should have been a walk in the park instead became anything but.

With only a few months left until Election Day, Austin knew he was certain to face another defeat. It would take a miracle to pull out a victory and for once in his life the fates would grant him one. One day in a fit of fury Austin fired his campaign manager. The next day, a striking young woman walked into the campaign office to apply for the vacant position. Austin was immediately struck by the way this mysterious woman presented herself. In interviewing her he thought she’d seen her way through many successful campaigns; trusting his gut Austin gave her the position. The next few days were a whirlwind of change as this woman spoke with such wisdom and tactical experience that he could not help but soak it all in. “Politics is no different than war, '' she used to joke.

Austin shot up in the polls guided by the woman that the staff had nicknamed “the General”. He found himself drawing closer to her too, drawn not only by his desire to learn but to her beauty. On election night while his staff was watching the results, the two of them were busy joining in what could only be described as a thought provoking conversation. That morning was a hazy blur for the newly elected congressman and he couldn’t exactly recall what had happened last night. Shockinging answers would soon come in the form of a baby girl and a letter that appeared in his office later that afternoon. He would never see Athena again but she had given him two gifts; a daughter and the wisdom to succeed in whatever he put his mind to.

Over the several years that followed Congressman Adams became Senator Adams. He grew in influence as many sought him out for his sage advice in many dangerous political situations. At his side nearly every moment of this journey was his beautiful young daughter Samantha; dubbed “Georgia's delight” by the citizens who loved her dearly. There was not a room that did not immediately light up when she walked into it. Her father did his best to impart the wisdom and virtue he himself had learned onto her and like him she soaked it up. Whereas school was a challenge for Samantha, her father was gracious, remembering how he had struggled too. She did excel in history and ancient languages spending many nights reading Greek tales to her father in his study.

On one of these reading nights when she was twelve she had just settled into the chapter for that night when a terrible form crashed through the window of his father’s study window. A monster the likes of which she had only ever read in stories stood before her rearing up and ready to attack. Samantha’s mouth hung agape as she sat there frozen in absolute terror. Closing her eyes in fear she only heard, not saw, what happened next; a metallic sound, clanging, horrible screams and then silence.

She felt her father’s arms wrap around her as he called out her name trying to break her out of her shock. When she opened her eyes she saw one of her father’s security detail standing over the monster, scimitar in hand. It was Jeqos, a personal bodyguard who had recently been assigned to her; and now had saved her life. It had never made much sense to her why he kept the sword close to him but now she began to suspect why. “Sir, we need to talk” he said to her father, a tone of urgency she had never heard before. In the conversations that followed she learned so much about her past that had always puzzled her. The satyr, for that is what he was, explained to her father how she would need to go to a place called Camp Half-Blood. The next morning Samantha put on a brave face, said goodbye to her father and got in Jeqos’ car. Upon arriving at camp she was claimed by Athena as one of her own during the bonfire. Excited for the new opportunities that would present themselves she still felt the pang of sadness for having to live away from her father for the first time ever.

Her first couple years at camp were the hardest for her as she had never been away from her father for any extended period of time like this before. Fighting back the feelings of homesickness proved to be a challenge but one that was made easier when she began to make friends. Unsurprisingly, the kids she grew closest to were her fellow half-sisters in the Athena Cabin. She found them to be of a similar like mindedness to herself and value the same things that she did. Over the years she became somewhat of a motherly type figure for the younger Athena girls of the cabin teaching them the values she believed to be most important; whether they wanted to hear it or not.

If there were any fellow campers she found herself opposed to it was in the Aphrodite kids. They were to be her perfect foil in every way. Where she valued restraint, chastity and wisdom, they seemed to revel in passions and living life in the moment. She often found herself unable to resist speaking out against their actions, especially the way they openly flirted around with other campers. Because of this there was usually a lot of arguing between them and she often found herself on the receiving end of many of their pranks and teasing.

Over time, she grew more comfortable in her life at camp though she’d still visit home whenever the opportunity allowed. Camp life had allowed her to grow socially in a way that her sheltered campaign life could not allow for. She especially took to the physical training aspects of camp, finding herself to be quite the athlete but still occasionally struggling in anything revolving around direct one on one competition. This was mostly due to her either over thinking her plan of attack or going into a challenge assuming it would be an easy win. Regardless, her skills slowly developed over the years until had become a formidable opponent.

    Personality

Samantha, like her father, believes in wisdom and virtue above all else. Believing that strict devotion to discipline is what keeps mind/body pure and faultless. Because of this belief set she often looks down on those she deems too impulsive or free spirited. This has gotten her in trouble plenty of times in camp and though she does not mean to be cruel it has been difficult for her to make many friends because of that. Those that do work their way past her iron shield quickly see the positive side of her sincerity and loyal devotion to her friends.
