  1. Dustin blinked at the boy words for a moment and smirked having an idea on where the kid was going to be placed. Honestly, it was always a game for him to find out where the kids were going to go. The only one that he hadn't been able to pin point was Octavia and that was mainly because she was so little. Although the jar of pennies should have been a idea for him, it just never clicked. "Well, Welcome to Camp-halfblood." He told the boy with a smile. "I indeed did see." he told the boy. "I'm Dustin by the way. What's you're name?" He questioned the boy just a little before the boy started going into great detail about the whole mess that he was in. He watched as the boy put the dagger on the desk and Dustin had moved it away to the inside, making sure that he would give it back to the rightful person later.

Dustin deadpanned for a moment as the boy just keep talking. However, when he asked if the camp was a boot camp he couldn't help but laugh a little. "No, it's not a boot camp not really. Just a summer camp or a camp you can spend the whole year at." he told the boy with a small smile, he nodded his head and smirked. "You're right. We're going to teach you how to defend yourself against them. So yes to fighting, you game for that?" he questioned the boy, though he was pretty sure that the boy would think he was crazy but this was going to be the one thing that he wouldn't be joking about. Then the real question came from the boy and Dustin was ready for it. "Halfblood are the children of the god and a human." He told the boy. "So either you're mom or dad is a god, and by the response from earlier I'm going to say that it's you're mom." he stood up and walked around the desk and patted the seat next to the desk. "Sit, it's going to be a long talk, want anything to drink, maybe some cookies. I didn't cook them. I doubted it would be any good." He mused with a light chuckle.

  2. The beach, Fireworks, and fall time. All good things if Dustin had a say in it. He walked with his cabin to the beach where cabin 9 was going to be fulfilling the roles they always did. He gave a nod to those that he knew before going to sit with his siblings and waiting for the fireworks to start. He had noticed the younger campers running around and he couldn't help but smirk seeing how much they have grown since he has last helped them. Both Octavia and Derrick. He shook his head when his brother asked him if something was wrong and he looked at his hand in the sand. Nothing really worth wild. Yet, though he was still curious to know if he would see Krystal there.

  3. It was Dustin's turn to be at the big house. Even though he sucked at helping the younger kids. The last kid that he had helped was Octavia and that was because he had to go help the satyr with the job. Not that it was a problem. He rather enjoyed the fighting that day. Regardless, and on the other hand, he was waiting for the younger campers at the moment to make their way here, if there was anything that would come in today. Sometimes they didn't make their way in. Those were sad days. Doing this job was all a part of being a cabin leader. Even thought he sucked at helping sometimes. He was always busy with something, barely having time to do anything that he wanted to do. Sometimes he had to wonder how it would feel to not be a cabin leader anymore. Honestly, he knew that things would have been interesting if he never got it. There would have been fights on who would take the spot. Lilythe would have had to pick along with the other camp directors. His brothers and sisters were really something. He smirked a little as he shuffled the papers in front of him. He had been thinking about the hand to hand combat training that he was in charge of. The older campers wanted something more difficult and he could understand that much. He was just about to get up from his chair when the door opened relevel another camper and a satyr for a moment then he ran off. He smirked at the commotion that they had caused. The boy seemed to turn back around and noticed him, which honestly was good. It meant that he didn't have to call out to him. Less work right. He shook his head for a moment letting the boy know that it was okay. "You're at camp halfblood. Did he not tell you anything?" Dustin couldn't help but question the red head boy.

  4. Dustin was amused with what he saw. The kids had spunk, that he would give them that. He had allowed the skeletons to go in first as he had saw that they had trapped the flag and the surrounding areas. He knew that he needed to get those out of the way before he ended up getting caught in one him self, which he would have never allowed himself to do. He watched the girl smash on of the skeleton's hands and he smirked as she ran off to hide in the bushes. That was a good thing for him. It felt the flag wide open. This time he knew where the other traps were and he would make sure that he avoided them all together. He jumped up from his hiding placed and jumped out from behind the trees. When his feet hit the ground near the flag, it started shaking once again. This time more skeletons came from the ground faster. Dustin stood there for a moment with a smirk on his face as he was surrounded by the skeletons. He looked like a super villain. He was in his environment right now. He was going to take over 100 percent.

  5. Oh, he was so ready. Capture that flag was something that he had been waiting for for a while now. To say the truth, he had been waiting since the summer time had started. He knew that now with his new found ability that it was going to become of some use to him...or rather them. His whole team. It wasn't like he was going to win it all without them. He was just about to run off to do his own thing when he noticed that James was motioning for them to come there. He blinked a little as he walked over to them. Listening to what he was saying. "Oh a plan." he said as he fixed his helmet on his head a little. His sword in his other hand. "I'm up for a good plan, do tell." He told the older camper as his brothers came behind him.

  6. (Hope you all don't mind a little fun.)

Capture the flag! A game in which Dustin had loved since he first started getting here. Of course, he knew that their were others that enjoyed the game as well But he couldn't help himself with going right for the flag. He needed to get a win for his team. As he had heard that his team had already lost a flag. Which wasn't going to fly for him very well.

After some running and fighting he finally was coming threw the woods when he noticed the blue teams flag. He hit the ground pretty fast as he watched and listened to what was going on over there. He knew right away that he could cause problems for the two of them, but he wanted to have a little fun. He brought his hand out over the ground and thought really hard for a moment before the ground started to move.

When the ground started to move, you could see dirt moving around until you seen a hand sticking out of the ground, but not just any hand no this hand was bone. Skeleton hand were popping up all over the place and pulling themselves out of the ground. Slowly, the hands turned into arms and then heads and before you knew it a whole skeleton had arrived out of the ground. Some had swords and some had shields. Others just a hat one that had red hairs on them.

He waited to see what they would think of those before he showed himself. If he could busy them with skeletons then the flag would be no big issue at all.

  7. Dustin huffed at her comment and pushed himself a little harder as they competed. He knew that she could totally win this if she wanted to. "Worry about yourself MK." He muttered back to her thought there was a smirk on his lips. He was totally enjoying this whole thing. It has been a while since he had done something like this. He was only a couple second behind her and soon as she picked up the sword and swung he picked up his and started going threw the arrows. The shield helping him along the way. "Oh don't worry I'm coming." he mused at her as he caught up to her. "You better keep up buttercup." He said teasingly at her before he took off a little further.

  8. Dustin could only give him a strange look. He didn't understand it since he would have gone to check up on his girlfriend first but then again he wasn't Zoren and he was allowed to do whatever he wanted to do. So he just shrugged it off for now. "Yeah.." he started and shook his head a little. "Doubtful she'll want to talk to me for a while." He shook his head a little and then looked at Zoren with a strange look. Their date? That was a little much. "A date..." he gave the other guy a funny look before he laughed at the thought. "Sure, lets go." He said not really thinking about it much now. Though it wasn't as manly as he wanted to be. He would have to do some training later then. Zoren brought up some interesting thing and then the question was put on him what did he like to do. "Well.." He thought on it a little more. "I like to eat, wrestle, train..." beat up some other campers... But who was really going to count that anyways? He chuckled and shook his head. "Lets go grab something to eat." He didn't care what they did later.

  9. Born with it. It made sense to him. Being born with it sounded like something that could happen but what he didn't understand was how come it came out now when he was attacked but not when he was attacked when he was helping Octavia and the satyr. It would have been very helpful if he could have had them then. However, that wasn't what it was about at the moment. It was the fact that he had now gotten himself an ability that was going to be used for the greater good. He smirked at the thought and turned his attention back to Lilythe who had brought up the fact that the Aphrodite girl had had her ability since gods knew when. He nodded his head in agreement. That much he understood. So he was going to take it. He had an ability now. Now to not misuse it. He shook his head as she told him that nothing bad was going to happen, well he hoped not because honestly who really knew what was going to come out at them later.

He stifled a yawn and nodded his head. "Thanks for that." He told her honestly. He didn't want to have her worry about him anymore. Though he doubted that it was going stop her from doing it. He gave her a small smile letting her know that he wasn't going to do it again. "I think I'm getting tired." He told her knowing that he was going to have to go and call lights out for the cabin soon enough. He was after all the cabin leader.

  10. He knew what he did was wrong on so many levels. But he needed a break sometimes too. He knew that he needed to have those nights away. He was stuck at camp the whole year around. Mainly because it was easy for him to attract those stupid monsters. He sighed hard as he though more about the whole night. This whole thing was bad, he already knew he was stupid. He knew that this was going to be the last time for a long time until he got to go out again. Especially if he told Mr. D and Chiron.

He jumped back a little bit when she started to raise the glass that she held in her hand. He watched her carefully as he listened to what she said. He knew that there was more to everything and of course knew that he had more than likely hit a nerve that was heading her way anyways. He was told to not feel guilty about her drinking. He let his head drop some. How was he supposed to let it all go when he knew that he had caused this part at least. He gave her a sigh and nodded his head. "Fine. I wont let it get to me much." He told her with an honest look. Though he knew that it was going to be sometime before he got back to the outside, he didn't want to have Lilythe look like this again.

The Ares child couldn't help but snort at the thought that his father was with her. Honestly, it wouldn't surprise him at all. Sometimes he wondered why they even had children if they were going to be sneaking around with each other all the time. It wasn't like it was a secret at all.

Hearing her thoughts about special gift only made him lower his shoulders some. He didn't know how he gotten it or even why, but he knew that demigods getting more powerful was a bad thing. He sighed again like the many times before now. "Right. Maybe I've always had it and never got to use it." He thought of that but that didn't make it any better. Still mean that he was a little more powerful. Which again wasn't a good things to be out in the real world. Though he couldn't help but feel a little excited about having an ability that his father had.

He nodded his head and wanted to put it behind him but he had to go and bring up Mr. D and Chiron and she had to agree, if not to let them know that he was back and maybe even letting them know what had happened. Who knew what they would do to him. Punish him for being so reckless with his life. Well that would be something. "You're right. I should go and talk to them after this." he started and looked at the time. "Think they would be up at the moment?" he didn't want to wake the two.

  11. Dustin could only chuckle a little as he knew that she would have called him out on still being a kid pretty much. "Well, not a kid per say." he mused. "An older teenager." He laughed as he shook his head and ran his fingers through his hair. "I would love to say I'm an adult but I'm not at the moment. Still learning pretty much everything there is to learn at the moment." At least that was something that he was very knowing of. He knew that he needed to get things done pretty fast if he was going to keep his spot as cabin leader. Maybe he needed to talk to his older sister and asked what she did to keep herself sane.

Dustin' couldn't help but huff when Lilythe told him that she was on the other team. "Come on." he mused with a small pout on his face as he looked at her. Honestly he was trying to guilt her into playing with him.  But he knew that it wasn't going to work  at all. So, he would just let it go for the moment. "Well," he started and stood up from the chair to stretched a little. "I'll just have to wait to have you on myside then." He mused some more as he placed his hands in his pockets. "I think I should get going. Honestly, don't know what I would do without you Lil." he told her, giving her a rather soft expression, one that he normally never used.

  12. Dustin mused right along with Zoren when he told him it was in order. Dustin shook his head a little and smirked. "Well congratulations mate." he told him as he soon was listening to him once again. He hate that this was going to be so awkward. He wasn't going to be living this down for a while. That much he knew. Dustin waved his hand and sighed. "Na, it's all good. Don't worry about it. I would do it as well." he said glancing back over to where Krystal was standing just a few moments ago. Oh this was going to be interesting when they next met up. He frowned for a moment before glanced back over to Zoren who had asked if he wanted to take as walk or something. "You want to hang out with the guy that causes an issue with your girl?" he questioned him, why go with Dustin and not with go check up on his girl. "You wanna go check on MK first then meet up later?" he asked the guy. Honestly it wouldn't mind hanging out with the guy. He needed more guys friends in his life. "What did you wanna do anyways?" he questioned as he knew that he had to go help out in the strawberry fields soon.

  13. The moment he noticed the person glare at him, he knew that he had messed up. Krystal's face vanished at the moment and it was replaced with MK's. He let go of her hands and soon was pushed back. Being called a jerk by her. Honestly he didn't know why he did it. It wasn't like he was going to do that to her on purpose. Surely she knew that. He fell back on his ass and watched her leave, going into Krystal's arms and then pushing her away. Damn, he had messed up really bad. Surely giving her some space, he would be able to talk to her later about everything that happened. Even if it hurt her, he needed to get that out of the way.

He shoot a the camper a look when he shouted that Makayla was Zoren's girl. He rolled his eyes and stood up, angry rolling off him at the moment. "Everyone dismissed." He yelled as he turned just in time to see Zoren approaching him. Dustin just stood there, giving him a side glance. Honestly he knew that he could have cause some major issues with some people. "I haven't nothing for MK, we're just friends." Well not now, he doubted she wanted anything to do with him. "For some reason," he started and sighed hard. "I seen Krystal in her when she pulled the stunt." he didn't glance back at the boy again. Anger rolled off him because he was pissed off at what he did. "I didn't mean to start anything, I didn't know she even had a boyfriend. So is a congrats in order?" He said as he put on his shirt. The Ares boy knew better than to start anything, and honestly he had no reason to. He would walk away from the fight if there was one because he had already messed up enough in the eyes of Lilythe and he wanted to prove that he was getting better.

  14. Dustin couldn't help but have the same smirk on his face when she told them that she didn't care about making the deal. Which was cool, because neither did Dustin. He would do his deal if he lost, it would only hurt his ego just a little bit. "Good." he mused as he looked at his brother and nodded his head. Liam smirked back to his brother and gave him a nod. "You better win this Dustin." He laughed as he took the stop watch from him. Dustin turned to MK and laughed himself. "Of course you were born ready." He shook his head and smiled to himself. Before he got to his senses his brother yelled "Go" and Dustin was stunned for a moment.

It took a hot second for Dustin to get going after MK. It was like she was wired to go on the word go. He glanced at his brother before running as fast as he could to get to the pole that she was at the moment. "Come on MK.. Show me what you go." He teased as he started climbing up the pole and glanced down at her.

  15. He couldn't help but chuckle as she told him that they had a deal. "Gotta shake on it," he told her with another smirk on his lips. He knew that they would both obey the rules that they had set in place. He blinked at the fact that he needed to call his brother for a moment. He turned to Liam and called out to him. "Hey, we need you for a moment." He said to him. "We have this wager going on at the moment, care to help us?" He smirked and Liam only raised an eyebrow. "Better be something good," Liam said to them and Dustin could only laugh at him. "Well, if I win she will have to clean the bathroom for a whole week," he told him, and at that Liam grinned brightly. "So she'll be taken over for Ares cabin?" He asked and Dustin nodded as he smirked. Dustin gave Liam the timer and turned to MK with a bright smile on his lips. "Ready when you are." He said as he walked up next to her. Nudging her a little bit.

  16. Dustin watched as MK rushed to the front with him. He smiled at her. He was the only one that he really trusted at the moment. He knew that if Krystal was here, she would show out and he would have called her up before MK in a heartbeat. Everyone knew that about him. He had been head over heels for Krystal since before they dated and still now after they broke up. He wondered if he was ever going to be over her.

He jumped a little to get himself ready. His muscle flexed a little as he did. He was ready. He knew that MK was going to give him a hard time. It was one of the reasons why he picked her to come up there with him. He smirked when she gave him the bring it hands and so he did. Within a blink of an eye, he was on her. Him punching her and her blocking better than he had thought that she would. The smirk had never left his lips as he keep going. However, he left a spot open so that she was able to flip the tables like he had told her would. She took that time to hit him back and he was onto blocking her. However, within a split second, she had pulled a move that he had only seen Krystal pull, and for that moment. MK turned into Krystal in his eyes. His eyes widened for a moment before he got a little made and turned it around before he dropped them both to the ground.

As they lay on the ground he had both of her wrists pulled above her head, he was straddling her and their faces were inches apart. A very Krystal glare crossed the girl's face and for a split second, he moved to lean down a little more. However, during that time he had let go of her wrist which allowed her space and time to push him back on his ass. He blinked as she got up and started yelling at him. His mouth only opened for a moment before letting his head drop down. He had sworn to himself that he wouldn't let the woman get the better of him and here he was allowing her to do that.

It was at that moment when he looked back up that he saw the woman that he had been seeing in MK. He had a right in a way since they were sisters. She glared at him for a moment before turning to her sister grabbing her for a moment before MK seemed to push her away. Great. He thought to himself as he shook his head. Krystal again looked at him and puffed out her cheeks and went to go after her sister.

    GM right granted.

  17. The 'hey Dustin' made him do a double take. He honestly didn't know what to think about it. It wasn't like they had talked before. "Zoren." He said as he went back to stretching out his body more. He knew him only because he was about the same age as he was. He watched as some people paired up and some stayed alone. Dustin was one of the ones that were alone. It wasn't that he couldn't pair up, he just liked to work alone sometimes and he was the teacher so he needed to be in front of the class.

After all the stretching was done, Dustin stood up and clapped to get the rest of the class's attention. "Right," he started "Today is going to be normal training." He told the class as he started to pace around. So that people would be able to hear him. "One is going to be the blocker, the other, the attacker. If the blocked finds a way to become the attacker then take it. It will come in handy in a real fight." He told them as he stopped in front of the class again. "MK care to join me up front please." He watched as she moved forward and stood next to him. "Mk here is going to be the block, I, myself the attacker. I'm going to give her an obvious time where she will be able to flip the script on me," he said out loud as he turned to the girl and nodded his head at her asking her if she was ready for the practice round with him. He trusted her. It was the only reason that she was up here.

  18. Dustin couldn't help but smirk and nod his head when she agreed with him. "Now you're talking my style." He laughed thinking about it. He wanted to have that challenge going for him. He knew that MK could do it. Honestly, if he was being truthful with himself. He knew that if she put her all into it that she would and could beat him. He knew that the Nike kids were fast and even some were faster than him. Hell, Krystal had showed him up a couple of times. Which was one of the reasons why he fell for her. Literally. "Best 2 out of 3." he mused but it was when she said that if she won he would have to tell everyone that she beat him. "Fine fine. But if I win then you have to take over cleaning the bathroom for Ares cabin for a week," he smirked as he crossed his arms. The bathrooms weren't the favorite thing to clean at all and Dustin knew it all too well.

  19. Dustin couldn't help but take a step back when she told him what he did was stupid. He knew that. Honestly, he did, but he was still just a kid himself. Hell, he hadn't even turned eighteen yet and he was pretty sure that he would grow up soon enough right? When she brought up the fact that he was a cabin leader again for the second time he let his head drop more. "I know. I didn't want to do it in the first place..." He tried to defend himself but it wasn't going to be any use at all. She was right. He should have done it, not thought about doing it. Hell, he should have control over his siblings then this. Would this be the night that he straighten his shit up? More than likely, he hoped anyways. He was going to try harder and not let his pride get the better of him. He was lost in his own thoughts when she brought up his older sister and brother. He winced a little at the thought of them coming back into camp and kicking his ass. They would do it, just to prove a point. He sighed hard as he didn't want to think about it at the moment. He knew he had nothing to say to Lilythe but she keep going. "I'm here now." He said and lifted his head up a little more, trying to show that he was proud of that fact. As stupid as it was, he was alive. "I'm not going to do it again." He told her and he was telling the truth. Next time he might now be so lucky at all and what would happen if he didn't make it? There was always so many death and all that at that. He would end up just being another number and he didn't want that. He hadn't even done anything special to even get something good on his grave. His father wouldn't be proud of him. Hell, he doubted that he was really even proud of himself at the moment.

When she left him to move into the kitchen more he sighed harder. He didn't know if he caused her to want to leave him or not. He didn't want her to, since she was the only one that he wanted to talk to at the moment. He knew that she would be able to get things going better for him. It was when she brought at drink back that he couldn't help but raise an eyebrow. He had caused her to go grab a drink. He sighed harder than he did the last time. "I'm causing you to drink." He shook his head and move to lean against the wall more with the shoulder that wasn't hurt. When she started talking he was told that his older sister could do it too. "Oh." He blinked now listening because he was curious as to why he had it. When she talked about his dad's blessing he nodded. He had always heard that it happened like that but he had never seen it. "Well, I wouldn't expect dad to help out anyways. He's probably off with someone too busy to be bothered." He told her with a small shrug but what she said next made a chill go down his spine. "You think because I got this that something bad is coming this way?" He asked curiously. "Do I need to hide the fact I have it?" He didn't want to be known as the boy who started something, okay a worse something than he normally did. "Will I have to tell Mr. D or Chiron?" He honestly didn't want to talk to either of them. If he thought getting this from Lilythe was bad, he could only imagine what it would be like coming from one of those two.

  20. Dustin was shocked when Lilythe came out and hugged him. He honestly wasn't expecting it at all. He had wondered if that was all that he honestly needed in life. His mother had nothing to do with him because of his father and he had been on the streets since he was young. He knew nothing but trying to cause trouble for the longest time and getting the chance to prove to everyone that he wasn't his past he needed to be a better man. Hell, he needed to make sure that he showed his siblings that he wasn't just a mean person. He wanted to show them that he could lead them as Lilythe had said to him. "I know you're not." He told her with a small smile. "I do need to be told a couple of times more than normal but I'll make my siblings proud of me." He told her truthfully as he stood up a little taller. He was going to have to prove to himself that he could do it. Maybe he needed his older sister to come and knock some sense into him. Granted, he knew that she would have no trouble in doing that.

He took a seat in her chair and sighed a little. "I'll get there. I'm still pretty young you know." He said with a cheeky grin though he knew better than that. He watched her as she placed her hands behind her head and made a comment about how the Athena cabin kept winning capture the flag. He frowned for a moment and thought of the last game that they had. He almost had it but no.. it was taken right out of his hands. He had ended up getting knocked out for something stupid he did. "Na." he chuckled as he ran his hand through his hair. "I'm going to run the best game this year." He said sitting up higher. "Wanna be on my team this time?" he asked her with a cheeky grin. He didn't know if she was going to play but he would totally call dibs on her.

  21. Dustin couldn't help but watch in awe as she finished her course. He was very impressed with the whole thing. She had done well with it, even added some monsters. Hell, he wouldn't have thought of something like this at all. He smirked as she waved at him, calling down to him. "It looks great." He mused as he moved to help her down but she seemed to have it under control. He nodded his head and glanced back over to the course again. "So are we seeing who can do it faster or are we going to see who does it the best?" he questioned her as he was pretty curious as to what they were doing. "And if we are going to see who did it faster, shouldn't we get someone to time it." he grinned as he saw one of his brothers walking by. He threw his head to him and shrugged his shoulder. "We can do both if you want to." he said, it wasn't necessarily a challenge but she could totally take it as that. "Best two out of three times?" He asked her with a smirk.
