  1. Dustin had been walking around camp. Meeting the old campers that he had made friends with who were showing up. There were many stories that were going around the camp but he didn't have time to listen to many of them and of course as he entered the training ground a very familiar face show up. One that he was honestly glad to see as she helped him train more than anyone.  A smile graced his lips as he shoved his hands in his pockets. "MK!" He greeted as he watched her look around at the way she put everything up. He waited for her to notice him before he pulled out his hands and jogged over to her. "So whatcha doing?" he grinned

  2. Dustin only smiled at the boy as his statement sounded pretty confident. He also knew talking about things were going to be a little sore, but he need to know. It was to help him in the long run. The older boy nodded when he said that Forest had told him just enough to get him here. "Well, don't worry. I'll be able to help you out as much as I can. Don't worry about asking questions. What I'm going to say might sound like I'm lying but it's nothing but the truth." He told the boy as he opened the door to the house allowing the small boy in before he walked in, shutting the door behind them. "Want something to drink? Cookies maybe?" he said showing him a nice chocolate chip cookie before biting into it himself with a smile. He got him whatever he asked for and brought it over to the kitchen table and sat down. motioning for the boy to follow him. "So, to tell you as to why you are here." He began. "This camp is called Camp half-blood. It is a place where Demigod, you and me live. Like a safe haven if you will." he stopped for a moment letting the boy catch up with what he was saying. "Demigods, are children of gods. Like me. My father is the god of war, Ares." he stopped once again letting that sink in. "You're godly parent will claim you soon, they have to after the deal they made with a demigod sometime ago." he chewed on his cheek hoping the boy understood. If not, then he would be able to go into more detail with him.

  3. Her voice rang out from behind the door and he couldn't help but be calmed by it just a little bit. Though as soon as she opened the door he watched her eyebrow raise. He could only look at her, he knew that there was still fire burning in his eyes. He could feel the heat pouring off him, with how mad he way. He let out a small sigh. "Welcome home Lilythe." he muttered as he walked into her room. It looked like she was still putting things up. Dustin himself never really left the camp anymore. He did school here. There wasn't any point in having the teacher look down at him for something he really had no control over. He let her have her moment with the other cabin people before she turned back to him and went to her bed. He slumped over a little knowing that she wouldn't be able to do anything about it but he knew that she knew she was the only one that could talk him out of the horrible spree that was getting ready to happen. "I don't understand why, it's every time something happens or I am in a slightly bad mood that SHE ends up bumping into me. It's always her!" he grumbled more as he started pacing the room thinking about her face. He just wanted to shove it into the ground, but something told him that he couldn't do that because honestly it would look frowned upon. REGARDLESS! He didn't like her. He wasn't sure that he was ever going to like her. Something about her. Meh! His fist  clinched tightly as he stopped in front of Lilythe and looked at her. He hadn't been this hot in a while and he really hoped that she could talk him down.

  4. Dustin sighed, happy that the boy wasn't hurt but there was another hurt that he knew all to well. He had lost a friend and when he said the name Dustin couldn't help but frown another satyr dead for saving one of them. He wouldn't be forgotten that was for sure. He knew that, and Derrick seemed to be talking about getting revenge on the monster that done it. "I'm sure you will get it in time. I'm counting on it honestly." he smirked seeing the need in the boys eyes. He liked the spirit like that. It reminded him of his self sometimes. Once the boy was up he nodded. "Well Derrick, what all had Forest told you about this place?" he questioned the young boy. He was young still but the way he spoke, made him sound older. "Come on to the big house and we'll get you something to eat." He said pointing to the house that wasn't that far away from them. "I'm sure Forest wouldn't want you running out there and fighting that monster without knowing everything first." he said waiting for the boy to start walking.

  5. Dustin had been doing some things around the the front of the big house. Honestly, he wasn't sure why he was doing it. It hadn't been something he said he would do. Regardless. He just stood up and whipped his forehead. When he heard it. He blinked a couple times, then he heard it again. It was a child, and crying but there was a something else there. Without thinking the hero in Dustin ran. He ran to the barrier and there like he though was a little kid and as he got closer he noticed the monster leaving. "Shit." he muttered as she got closer to the boy. He didn't want to scare him at all. "Hey." he said softly bending down on one knee, checking him over to see if he was hurt. "You're not hurt are you?" He asked just checking to make sure there wasn't something there that he didn't see yet. He held out his hand to the boy. "I'm Dustin. Here to help you out. What satyr brought you?" he asked trying to get his attention so that he could get him to calm down. He wasn't good with children and Octavia was prim example of that. Though she was doing better now.

  6. You know in the cartoons, when a character got mad, they either had smoke coming out of their ears or maybe even the top off their head exploded. Well that was Dustin right at this point. He knew he needed to chill out but with everything that happened in the last hour there was no way in hell that was going to happen. If there was one person that he didn't get along with in the whole world, it was that damn Aislynn. He didn't know what her problem was or even why he had to talk to her, but she had always been right there when he was already ticked off. Which pissed him off even more. It was the same thing every year many times a year. For some reason he could never just avoid it. It was like their fathers loved watching this happen.

However, at the moment a very pissed off Dustin was marching his way over to the Hermes cabin. Normally he wouldn't just walk in and be rude, but he was being rude today and opened the door a little to hard. If it broke somehow he would offer to fix it later and as he looked around, he noticed that the place was a little full. With the children of the god and some of the children who have yet been claimed. They all turned to him with mouths open, though no one said anything. "Where Lilythe?" he bit out a little to harshly. Fingers pointed to the bedroom of the cabin leaded and he made his way over to it. Half tempted to open it but knew better because he would more than likely be beat in the head by the only person that would be able to chill him out at the moment. So with that in mind he knocked on the door. Hoping that she would just let him in so he didn't have to explain things to the whole cabin.

  7. It was summer. There had be many new campers these last couple weeks. Which honestly never really shocked Dustin. Once he had been able to understand things he knew that the gods really did like having flings with mortals. His father in particular. He had loads of half brothers and sisters and he knew that there were more that still to young to even be here. He was happy to know this and at the same time extremely sad, since he knew what he went through when he was younger. He huffed as he whipped the sweat from his face and pushed his ever growing hair back on his head. He would have to have a hair cut soon. At the moment he was able to pull it back halfway into a ponytail which was something new for him all together.

Rolling his shoulders some he walked over to his bag and pulled out a water bottle. His eyes scanned the land. Watching the campers as they went about their own days. A smile graced his lips as he noticed a certain Tyche child walking around. "JAMES!" he called out to him, lifting his arm in the air trying to get his attention. There was always something about the guy that Dustin liked. He wasn't sure when it happened or if it had always been there. But regardless, he was one of the many people that were able to bring him out of those rages that he sometimes got into.

  8. Dustin couldn't help the sigh that came from him when he saw James enter the house. Thank the gods. He smiled at the man and nodded his head. He didn't think there would be anyone better than him, or well Lilythe but she wasn't here so he would do. He placed Octavia down and noticed her little freak out and rubbed the top of her head. "You're safe here, no ones going to harm you." he said trying to reason with her before standing up and looking over to were James went. "Hey man. She's only eight, her and her dad were attacked when I arrived. I'm not sure if her dad made it or not. I just remember him screaming at me to take her and go." He said rubbing the back of his head. "I know you'll be better at this and I would be so I'll give her to you. If you need anything let me know." He said walking himself and Octavia into the room as he looked at the young girl once again. "Bye Octavia see you soon okay." he grinned at her before taking a cookie and walking out the back door to the camp. He really needed to get things ready for his classes.

  9. Honestly, when he said that he would help bring a camper back, he never thought that it was going to be a little child. She was only eight and it hurt him to see since he knew how it felt having to be brought here away from family. Even thought his mother had been taken away to a mental house, however, he knew. He tapped "Look we're almost there." He said hoping that she would look up at the house. It was home. He was glad to be back. Honestly, he didn't like being away anymore. It was wrong to him. Then again, he didn't feel like fighting for his life all the time. He knew he could but still. He sighed some when she let out a squeak and nestled right back into his neck. He had this sinking feeling that he was going to be the one that had to do the most with her. It wasn't that he cared to, it was just that. Well, he wasn't very kid friendly. With another sigh he opened the door and walked in, feeling Octavia once again grip around his neck. "Anyone in here?" he called out hoping that one of the other two older campers..

    biography

Dustin was born in Gaston, South Carolina, on a hot day to a woman named Amy Graves and Ares. Amy had a hard time giving birth to him as her once strong figure had slowly started to tare down during the pregnancy's. Dustin came out a healthy baby, but his mother wasn't the same.

As he grew up his mother began to wonder why she wasn't good enough for Ares to come back to her, and stay to raise his son. She slowly started to drive herself insane until she was locked up when Dustin turned nine.

After his mother was locked up, Dustin was placed in a home for boys. The leaders of the home soon found it hard to control the boy. His behaver had become a problem. Though he seemed to have a friend that seemed to accompany him in all his troubles.

It was after Dustin turned ten that he ran away with his friend after hurting a boy in his room. It was then that he ran into a strange creature who told them that he was there to help them. Dustin didn't believe it one bit but going anywhere was better than staying there and getting into trouble with the law.

Once he entered the camp he was taken to a big blue house with sparked his curiosity. In the house he meet a woman by the name of Lilythe and she had told him why he was there. Honestly, all he wanted to do was run away.

That was until he got to go around camp and started meeting the people around that he started to realize why her mother was sent away. His father claimed him and he was soon off to Cabin five with his brothers and sisters. Something that he would soon get used to.

It's been seven years since he was brought to the camp and he hadn't left it yet. Only to go on some quest here and there, but now, he's seventeen years old and cabin leader. He helps in the big house when he is needed but you can find him more often on the battle field training with anyone that is willing to go against him.

    Personality

Dustin is a hot headed Ares child. Many things seem to set him off. Asking to many questions, unless they are a new camper, No winning a battle. He seemingly wakes up in a bad mood. He also take pride in making others mad.

He loves and is extremely proud of his cabin. His brother and sisters are the closest things he has anymore and he would go through hell to protect them. To his family he is loyal and to those who he is closer to.

Being a child of Ares, his pride takes control sometimes. It gets in the way of him making clear decisions, which can cause many problems for him. Normally during this Lilythe is called.

Dustin knows he hot, and he plays on that with the ladies. It also helps that he is very charismatic. His cunning can help with that as well as his manipulative side. He has no issues with talking people into doing his dirty work for him.
