McKayla Johnson

MK was sitting at the fire, it was one of the last ones before she leaves to go home. The end of her time at camp would be distant and only so often before she was back in Boston. As the new set of campers were coming into the camp. She would watch as they one by one had the chance to be claimed. A red head boy started to have something begin to happen when a flaming torch appeared. A smirk came on her face as she knew this was the claiming of one of siblings. Clapping her hands she looked to the left scooting to make room for the boy next to her. Smiling she waved @ Axel Gauthier  over to her to join her!

With every sentence Levi spoke to her made her anger climb higher and higher. The emotion was all over her face as she demanded the towel. Who was this guy....I mean she knew he was Levi but who was he that he could make her this exposed. "I am demanding my towel" she said through gritted teeth. The look she had was on of disgust. Turning was her chance to try and get it tied so she could kick his ass. This whole situation was one she could not believe she found herself in. If Zoren heard about this he would be livid. Just when she was trying to get it tied, the feeling of it was taken from her. If she had been lightly blushing before....now she was as red as a beet as she had knew been this exposed to anyone other than Zoren. 

Turning she did not hesitate to come after Levi was running away from her with the top. "GIVE IT BACK YOU DICK" she yelled as was more than angry she was pissed. "I will make you regret the day you did this to me....i will show you who should be afraid and it isn't me" she said as she got closer to him letting her fist swing at him. MK was ready for a fight if it came to it. Ohhhhhh it was on now. As the embarrassment left her for her anger took over. 

The moment was already shocking enough as she fell to the ground. Her face going slightly red as she felt the embarrassment flood her before the comment was made that spiked her anger. Hearing the voice of Levi Jones the thought of him seeing her ohhhhhh made her so upset. "Close your eyes next time" she said as she held her hands over her breast. Looking up see then saw the towel she had tried to grab but it seemed to be missing. "GIVE THAT BACK" she said putting so much demand in her voice. Part of her was upset that someone had seen her that was not Zoren but then it was him. Gosh Levi had always disguised her in the way he treated the girls around her. She did not understand why so many fell for him. Well of course he was handsome but the rest was just frustrating to her. The look in her eye could kill. Getting up she turned around trying to tie it again so she turn on Levi.

McKayla was not too happy, that the end of the summer was coming to an end because that meant she would have to go home. That meant that Zoren would be going back to SoCal and her to Boston! The two of them had begun a relationship this summer that had a hot burn as the two discovered their physical passion for each other. Even rumors started flying around the camp that the two of them could be found almost anywhere having sex with each other. It was something that awoke something in her that made her look at Zoren very different as it made her want him more than she ever used too!
 

MK was having a day to herself as she was out on the lake swimming in one of her bikinis that really left little to the imagination. It was just this year when she finally felt like she was becoming a woman with gaining curves that she had seen on some of the Aphrodite girls that most of the men desired after. The morning was perfect as she was able to use the lake before most got up. Getting some activity in while no one was around. This was the type of morning she loved at camp as it made her feel so powerful and strong. 
 

Finishing her workout, MK walked out of the lake dripping wet as she reached for her towel. Her bikini a bit lose as she had been workout so hard that day. Little did she know all it would take was a bit of a breeze and the knot up top came undone falling exposing her making her drop to the ground to find her towel to cover her up!!!!

A smirk came across her face hearing Dustin's comment back to her. A part of her loved to mess with him as she was one of the few that could do that. Two of them had this relationship where they push each other. When Dustin caught up to her ohhhh a part of her was not going to let this slide no matter how hot he was. "Oh this buttercup is going to crush you" she said as she could feel herself moving even faster. Now was the hay monster which she slashed and stabbed. When she dropped her things when she ran for the Wall that was the end of this. Her eyes were laser focused on the prize. Grabbing the rope she began to pull herself up as she climbed as fast as she could. Reaching the top.....did she win????? Or did Dustin beat her? 

As the trip to the big house seemed like a long one, with a lot of silence and then Asher saying it will be okay! Was it going to be okay? Was this going to be the end of her career in gymnastics??? Maybe she was being over dramatic!!! But it was something she had wanted for so long that it would suck if this was it. Seeing the big house coming up she took a sigh of relief. It was going to be okay she told herself trying to calm the anxiety that was welling up inside of her. "On the front porch is fine" she said to her with a nervous smile. There should be an apollo camper on duty in the house so she could call out and not move. At least being on the porch gave her fresh air to breathe if people began to crowd.

At first she was moving as a brisk walk but then it turned into a run when she heard a voice call for help. Part of her began to panic as she was worried someone was going to be hurt by the time she got there so she pushed a bit more running. "I am coming" she yelled to giving the person who she heard calling to her a bit of hope that someone was coming. "Just hold on" she yelled as she pushed more. Nike children were known for their speed as they were faster than Hermes so it might be a bit alarming to see her coming in full blast to the area. That was when she saw it for herself, the scorpion had the girl corner. This was not good. 

Getting close she tried to make noise to get the monsters attention on her instead of the young girl who was there, but this did not always worked. Getting closer she nodded to the girl on the other side of the monster which realized it had another person to attack. "Come on you ugly beast, leave her alone!" Pulling her sword out from her side she knew it was going to be needed from this. That was when the monster attack!

"Of course I do" she blushed as she said it as she could feel the butterflies in her stomach. Even if they had been friends for years he still had this thing about him that made her feel well sort of smitten with him. It was as if their friendship had been put on fire in a good way. To set those emotions and feelings inside on fire. It made her want to do things with him that she well would not speak of out loud. "Ohhhh but it would be so much fun, I can make a poster for you and everything....I can be your number one groupie" she joked back feeling herself being a smartass once again.  Fixing her eyes on Zoren she could feel her heart beating so fast as he spoke. "Zoren if you are singing to me about how you feel then it will always be perfect to me." She said truthfully as could feel them connecting in those moments that she did not realize at first were ones she would treasure so much now.

The kiss made a longing inside of her wanting more of him. It was something she had not experienced before in her life. The thoughts in her mind wondered as she wanted Zoren to have her, all of her in a way no one had. So as they parted part of her wanted him to forget the lunch and have her instead. But seeing him move on she felt her body was on edge as he pulled out the food for them. "That sounds perfect" a smiled on her face as it was so thoughtful of him to put this all together. "Well then it will be amazing, Demeter kids have such a way with food" she laughed thinking of the meals she had had before from them. Waiting for Zoren to finish putting things all out for them she did not want to start before he was done. 

"Oh I hope we are but you never know! I mean if we are on the same team then we should make strategies together but if we aren't then I will be watching you" she joked as she laughed. Zoren knew her better than anyone else did so he could figure out what to do to stop her more than any of the others. 

MK was about to get her battle on when she noticed the spider thing making its way towards the Athena camper. "Ohh this will be good" she laughed as she held her sword up ready for a fight. The girl had some sort of thing she threw at it as the spider went after her more and more. Trying not to think it's too funny as it was her boyfriends little sister. That was when she saw the girl going for the flag. "Ohh noooo come at me" she said jumping in between with the sword slashing at Katie. This would be a fight before she would let her get the flag. 

MK was one who loved a game or a good competition....well she was more competitive than she needed to be. But this was who she was so when she challenged the younger sister of Zoren. It seemed the girl did not want a fight. "Come onnnnnn give it a go" the smirk on her face was obvious. She wanted a bit of fun today so she was hoping the girl would fight her. Holding out one of her hands she made the bring it on hand sign. 

MK was ready for whatever the young girl would throw her way. Seeing the wooden spear in her hand she reached to her own side which had her sword. Since all of the campers were trained in combat it was one she was ready to use. MK having been at camp for 4 summers already and this one being the 5th! Out of the corner of her eye she saw Delany. This made her happy her friend was there ready to help her at any moment. Pulling her sword from its cover she smiled at the athena girl "Come on, show me how badly you want the flag" she called to her holding out her sword.

MK was hiding out in the woods as the action was hot in the forest. MK watched as the other team tried to get their flag and she saw that Azrael was doing a good job keeping the new camper busy while she saw a daughter of Athena  (katie). "Oh noooo not today, I wonder where Zoren is at" she said lowly to herself. Running out of the place she was hiding she was ready to block the daughter of athena. Today was not going to be a loss to the red team if she had anything to say about it. "Surprise" she called to the girl as she got in the way between her and the flag. Katie would have to get past her if she wanted the flag. It was not going to be made easy!

MK was doing her rounds in the woods like she always liked to do in the summer. It was kind of nice to find yourself out here all alone in your thoughts, but there was also a sense of urgency as there was already one monster that had gotten past the boundary line earlier. MK had to fight it but got injured in the process. It was sort of embarrassing that she was carried by Asher who was one of her least favorite people in camp. Sure it was kind of her to carry McKayla so that her ankle did not get hurt more than it already was, but it was still embarrassing. This time she was ready with her knifes strapped to her side plus a sword one of the Ares kids gave her. 

MK was just watching the area around her for any sight of movement or sound of anyone or anything. Until they figured out how these monsters were getting in then they would have to defend the camp so that the demi-gods here could rest easy. MK's steady movements were one that was quite still when she heard someone to her left. Heading turning to that direction she waited to see if the person was just out enjoying a walk in the words or was in danger. Walking that way she did not want to leave it to chance. 

The blush that came after Zoren teasing her about if he knew what she was talking about was pretty intense. "Uhhhhhh" she got out as she could feel herself getting hot and her pulse quickening. Her mind was one that was excited but terrified at the same time. Biting her lip she looked at him with her big brown eyes when he finished saying he did know with a squeezing her hand. "Ohhhh that is good to know cause you will be my first" she laughed nervously.  Would they do it tonight? She wondered to herself. It seemed like it might if well the time was right for the two of them. Her body was ready for him as it had craved him since the night they cuddled. How would it begin? MK had no idea where to even begin as she had never done it before. 

Zoren had such a great voice that she loved hearing sing to her. Whether it was over the phone or in person it always made her feel so special. He was very good at that. Kissing him was a simple way she loved to show him how he made her feel. A part of her longed to do more as she was starting to fall for him more and more. "I love it when you sing to me" she said looking down at the ground and then back at him. "I always have" she finished saying hoping he would understand her feelings for him had been there for such a long time. 

When she felt insecure, it was Zoren who made her feel so much better. "Really?" her mouth made the word form before she realized it. "I don't deserve you Zoren, you are just so amazing. " The two of them were close as she noticed Zoren was going to kiss her, she closed her eyes as his lips touched her own. The mouth of his lips were wonderful against her own. As if he brought a warmth to her soul through his lips. When he pulled away she took in a dep breathe as this was all real and not in some book she was reading. "You are perfect Zoren.......just the way you are."

"I love you too Zoren.....okay what do we have to eat????" Her eyes went to the basket filled with goodies that a demeter kid made for them. Wondering which one it might have been....he eyes went back up to Zoren with the biggest smile. 

MK was happy to have Laney back with her this summer. It was always fun to talk gossip with Laney or even the boys of the camp. Nodding her head to her statement about Lilythe she was probably right. The older campers did have a lot of experience compared to the rest of them. "James, I haven't heard about his cooking....so it's good then?" She looked shocked as the older camper was a bit of a mystery to her. But a boy who wasn't as much of a mystery was Zoren "Oh yeah he found me in my cabin and we went to get some food after a walk." The smile was on her face was one that was just pure happiness. Zoren was her bestfriend after all. 

Watching Luca and Laney interact was one she hadn't seen before. Maybe she just hadn't paid close enough attention to the two of them but was there something there?? The smile on her face as the two went back and forth made her happy to see. Luca then turned to her asking her how her and Zoren was doing? A blush hinting on her cheeks "Ummm what do you mean Luca, we umm hung out earlier and it was a lot of fun. He is of course my best friend" she finished saying as she could feel the heat in her cheeks. They were close friends but why would she fell like this? Luca told her he might forget her name which made her shake her head "No worries then, I know I am not Laney" she teased. 

MK had been so focused on the conversation that she did not hear another camper come into the Big House. It wasn't until Luca was speaking to her that her head turned to look towards that direction. Looking at Laney "Umm who is that?" she looked as Luca waved her over. It must have been a new camper (Katie) as the girl was much younger than they were. Plus it was a face she hadn't seen before. The girl introduced herself to them. "Nice to meet you Katie, I am McKayla but you can call me MK if you like. I am child of Nike. "

MK didn't know what she fully agreed too because she didn't understand the full extent of the Hecate Children magic but nonetheless she wanted to help Arsen. He seemed like he needed a friend and well she was willing to be that one. But the words were just said when someone came up to join them. The voice was one she knew as a younger camper. Turning she saw Tristan come into view. "Ohhhh hey Tristan and not this time" she said with a weird look on her face. It was weird enough she was trying to befriend one of the Hecate children which she normally stayed far away from. But with a second one coming into the group she was out numbered. 

Hearing Arsen explained what she made the deal for, her eyes going to him as he looked a bit nervous. "Heyyy it is going to be okay Arsen. Plus if something goes bad there is always someone that can help.....better here than out there." Finishing the statement she knew this was all too true. Because in the real world there was a lot more consequences than at camp where others were around to help. Then remembering there was also another person there she looked to Tristan "Ummm what are you doing out here Tristan?" 

MK had spent a lot of time with Zoren over the years but now things were different, but in a good way. Things felt like they meant a lot more to her and that her feels made more sense. So when Zoren teased her about what she thought might happen, her face began to flush. "Ummm well.....I mean we could do you know what I am thinking right?" she found herself saying ask she couldn't bring herself to say it. McKayla was a virgin but the thoughts of sex had always been on her mind since she was thirteen and began to see boys in a different light. It wasn't until Zoren had told her how much he loved her that she knew she had always wanted to be with him. She wanted him to be her first and her last. The thoughts racing through her mind as Zoren lead them to the spot he had chosen. Would this be the spot it would happen?

Taking the familiar ipod it was no time at all until she found the song she loved so much. The smile on her face that just proved it was the right choice as she handed it to him. But what she didn't expect was him to be singing to her. The smile that grew across her face was one of happiness and joy. When he added her name into the song she giggled as she bit her lips and batted her eyes at him. "Ohhh Zoren, that was great" she said leaning in to kiss him on the cheek. Watching him laugh it made her heart want to sing. 

"Thanks, I know I never look nice but I wanted tonight to be special and wanted you to think I was pretty" she said truthfully. Her eyes never leaving his. "Well I bet the food is amazing just as the company is......thank you Zoren for this." Her hand went to his face, rubbing her thumb against his cheek. Then putting her hand back to her side she looked around at the place they were to have their date. It was such a beautiful place by the river. It was so quiet which meant they hopefully would not get disturbed while they ummmm welll enjoyed each others company.  

MK wished she knew more about the Hecate children's magic but well it was a mystery to her. She could not tell you if it was good or not. Or if Asher was pulling her leg all together. All she could do was to trust her in that moment. "Okay good" she said looking a tad bit worried as this could mean bad things for the camp if something was happening to the border.  But for now she was just anxious about her ankle. With Asher telling her that she could go a spell that helped. She closed her eyes not wanting to see cause maybe that would help with the pain? 

It was silly but when asher explained a bit more she still felt a bit sick at the idea. "Okay, I hope this works.....cause this could really hurt my chances for gymnastics." MK closed her eyes but then opened one as she felt a cooling sensation on the spot when she sprained it. MK didn't realize at first but she was holding her breath until Asher spoke once again. "It is feeling a bit better but the throbbing is getting worse....we better find an apollo kid at the big house" her mind was racing of who might be available to help her. The worry on her face but then she felt guilty. "Thanks Asher" she said knowing the older camper did not have to do that for her. 

MK had always been the girl who always got knocked down as a little girl. The thought raced into her mind as she was always picked on as this weak little girl from the boys of the play ground. She would get back up with fire in her eyes and challenge them again until she got her victory. Over the years she has had to pick herself up time and time again as more challenges came her way. Seeing Arsen in front of her, there was that desire to help him over come this as she had done herself. The smile on her face was one of confidence and excitement of the challenge. "Welll maybe there is some text we can try and read about your magic and then." she took a pause as her smile widened. "WE will do it together. We can practice and figure this out. I am willing to understand your magic so you can practice it on me." Then holding her hand out her eyes "Deal?" 

MaKayla was getting worried now as Zoren didn't seemed the happiest with the situation. "They didn't mean any harm by it" she tired to explain. Ohhhh this was not good, she thought maybe he would be happy to see her in a dress and not get upset. "I am sorry" she said hoping he would understand. "I didn't mean to make you feel that way" she said squeezing his hand back. Looking down she looked a little bit sad as this was not the way she thought this was going to go. Hoping the night would turn around, she walked on towards the place Zoren was leading her.

It seemed that Zoren had done so much for their date. Even had gone out to get a demeter kid to make them food. Feeling her heart get a rush of emotion of excitement thinking of all the possibilities that could happen. "Ohhhh that sounds so nice" she said looking at him with a smile. Then as he stopped on saying the perfect ending. Her mind began to race "What is going to happen at the end?" she found herself asking, as her mind began to think of what it might be. There was a few things on her mind but she wanted to know what he was thinking. 

The walk took no time at all before they got to a pear tree near a river. Watching Zoren make the picnic for them, her face was one of excitement and happiness. As she then saw the ipod that was being held out to her. "Ohhhh but what to chose" she said as she began to go through the ipod. Clicking on Dear Maria count me in. "Ohh i love this one."

MK could not help but giggle when she agreed they would be dead on the floor with Dustin's cooking. "I mean you are not wrong" she laughed pretty hard at her friends comment. The two of them had several summers together here at came which was nice. MK felt so lucky she had so many good friends at camp as it wasn't true about her life back home. Many of those around her were jealous of her talent which came from her being so competitive. "Well she is really good at making them" she smiled as she then bit into it herself. When Laney asked about how she was. Swallowing she smiled "Ummmm well the year was crazy with competitions and such but just got done seeing Zoren......what about you?" Making her way over to the couch she took a seat next to Laney when someone came in. 

Her head turning she saw the demeter boy Luca coming into the room. As he talked to Laney, she could not help but smile as he began to talk to her and then looked at her "Call me MK" she told him. Trying not to laugh as she did not have too much interaction. 

It was one of her sisters who got her to wear the dress saying that if she was on a date with Zoren then she needed to show him her best. MK did not have the most experience with dating or boys like that in general. I mean she had never dated anyone but then Zoren was someone she knew for such a long time. But you are taking your relationship to the next level so show him what you got girl  her sister finished saying to her. So when Zoren saw her and seemed to be speechless. MK could feel the heat rise inside as her sisters were giving each other a high five in the background. 

"Its okay right? I mean I can go change into something else if you want" she found herself saying nervously. Did she over dress??? Oh goodness this is embarrassing. Make a mental note to not listen to them again. Zoren thought she was beautiful but was it too much? As he took her hand she waved goodbye to her half siblings with the other as she walked on with Zoren to their date location. Not knowing where they were going, it was kind of thrilling. "Ohh its been good, other than my sisters poking and prodding me most the afternoon" she laughed shaking her head "They had fun making me look like this but it was sort of fun getting nice for you. how about you? What did you do most the day?" She said looking at him with a soft smile. Things were nice, she thought to herself as she spent a lot of her summers with Zoren but things were different now. But it was a good kind of different! 

Sometimes life was so much better when you can do things in the spur of the moment which was always how Zoren and MK had been. It was just the day before when they decided to go on a date the next day. MK had been going through all her clothes in her bag and even begged some of her older sisters to help her pick out an outfit. Something that was not leggings or a sports bra, I mean those things were great but the two of them were not just friends anymore. Finally picking a dress she had, it made her feel a bit more girly. At first she had her hair up but she pulled it down, letting it fall past her shoulders. Turning to look at herself in the mirror she giggled as she thought she looked pretty good.

Coming out of her cabin she was so happy to see Zoren there with the picnic basket. "You look so nice" she said coming down the stairs to him, giving him a kiss on the cheek. Her cheeks flushed as she could smell how nice he smelled. "Shall we" she asked as she smiled at him as she could feel her excitement rise in herself thinking of what the day would hold for them. 

The thrill of a competition was just the best as she could feel herself getting stronger and faster. It was as if her body was getting into action as she began to do what she was made for.....compete! But his voice brought her back as she rushed up the pole but then saw him going up. Jumping she began to use her strength to climb so fast as she then slide down it. "Keep up if you can" she yelled back at him as she rolled to pick up the sword and shield again. Cutting the rope that triggered the arrows they were shot their way. Doing another roll she used the shield to block the arrows that came her way.  But next she would have to watch her feet as it was the row of trees and then the hurdles. "Come on Dustin, push" she yelled at him with some flirtatious parts in her voice. As she wanted to see him move it and possibility make her lose. So much of this was fun. 

MK was not one to ever really care too much about too many other people but Arsen was different. I mean part of her wanted to see him do better and succeed. Was that weird? Maybe it was but the conversation with him. Made the guy seem a lot more relatable in her own eyes. The two of them had struggled with the same emotions but with different things. It wasn't like she could do magic but she did have a sister who was better at everything she did and was always in her shadow. It honestly was the most annoying thing ever if she was honest with herself.

"Maybe" she looking to the side as she felt a bit annoyed, her eyes going back to him "I mean if you don't want the help. That is fine, I just thought it would help you with someone else" she finished saying. Feeling her face get really warm as she was embarrassed as she wanted to help a hecate kid. This was so unlike her.
