She has a stutter that makes her too shy to communicate, but she is a rather cold person. Bitter and angry for being abandoned by her father, she turns to the only comfort she has; the camp and those in it. She is unafraid to scare others, often taking pleasure in doing so. She has a fascination with scary, grotesque and disturbing things. Harlow can be creepy and strange to kids her age, and will not hesitate to threaten those who dare pass her boundaries, which are very broad to begin with. By almost textbook definition, she is an angsty teenager, angry at the world, bitter and snarky, but Harlow can look past that and see that she's lucky to be here. All that she has to learn is to get along with others.
