Of course, the smirk had never left his lips. As he watched what was happening around him. He knew what he was doing, but at the moment they had made him so mad that he had no care in the world. Why piss off the God of War? Surely, they would think twice before they say something out of the way to him once again. If he even allowed them the chance to see him once again. They would all be so lucky. His eyes traveled around in the chaos, and he loved it. Every minute of it. He was just about to up the ante when a familiar voice happened to poke its way to his ears. He turned just in time to see his brother moved off the log that he was sitting on. He titled his head, the smirk still not leaving his lips. The God still has on that leopard skin tank top and yellow board shorts. "Well, well well." He boomed out in a laugh, totally ignoring the fact that he had asked him a question himself. Ares was big headed like that. Ares crossed his arms and watched the other God standing there, eating his popcorn. "How is that diet coke treating you?" he questioned his eyes now locked on the God. his attention no longer on the children that were fighting. "Wouldn't that just be the bees knees for you." he said with a smile commenting back on the fact that the God had been jailed to take care of the camp that was here. "So how much longer did you have on your jail time?" he questioned his attention fully on the other god. He had allowed his eyes to sweep over his children once more. Eyeing them with stare that told them to not move from their spots.

The bonfire fun only lasted a couple moments before there were some mouthy brats that wanted to start something with him. The older campers seemed to know who he was, well at least some of them. They had even gone so far as to try and stop the younger ones from death. They could thank ‘Mr. D’ for their lives being spared. However, that didn’t stop him from having a little fun with them. At the end of things however, he walked over to his children and found the main one he was looking for. Dustin. He walked over to him, watching the boy straighten up more. He reached up, grabbing the boy's ear and pulling him down. “Cabin five follow me.” he said to them all, watching them all very closely. He never let go of Dustin’s ear as he walked from the bonfire to the cabin that was made for him and his children. It was almost too dark to see the red color of the cabin now, but it was still there. Barbed wire wrapped around the roof. The boar seemed to be watching them as Ares led his children to their cabin. As he got to the door, he let Dustin’s ears go and walked into the main room. His leather boots hit the ground with thuds after each step. He started walking around the room as he waited for everyone to come into the cabin. “Line up.” he told them all, waiting and watching them. Hopefully they did as he said because he was losing his patience at this point.

Ares Ares Ares is aloof and often cruel. He is not easily approachable and can be easily angered, oftentimes targeting individuals for the smallest offense with the full force of his rage. He is proud and arrogant, which makes it easy to get on his bad side after any disagreement. He finds joy in violent activities, such as fighting and killing. Despite all that, Ares does have a heart buried under all that bravado. He cares for his girlfriend, Aphrodite, and his godly family. His demigod children even manage to break that barrier, though he doesn't show it in a classical way. Ares is far more likely to send his preferred children into dangerous situations than to ever show them kindness. Like all the gods, he doesn't demonstrate his affections openly. The one exception would be very occasionally (one known instance in thousands of years) intervening when they are in significant danger outside of combat, such as the rape of Aclippe. Ares also has a soft spot for prisoners of war and will severely punish anyone who would disrespect them. Aphrodite's husband Hephaestus once caught them together in a golden net of his own design and invited the gods to come and laugh at their affair. Hephaestus seems to enjoy inventing new ways to humiliate the two, so Ares and Aphrodite pick the locations for their dates very carefully. Aphrodite also loves Ares more than Hephaestus and has had many children with him.
