  1. She hummed in response to Katie's statement "Yeah, you're right, well eventually we all should be able to cooperate with anyone so that we can best defend ourselves. Actually in the beginning, when you find out you're a demigod, do you think the life will be easier, in short, you have powers, you are better at something, but in reality the phallus of your destiny becomes more and more tangled and intertwined with others' ones." She lifted her head from the food as if to ask the girl for confirmation and shook her hand in apology for the somewhat too philosophical speech. "Maybe it's a bit inappropriate sorry.". She then listened to the explanation of her abilities as Athena's daughter: "You're right, after all, you can't stay at war forever or not stop until everything is annihilated, in short, you need people who are good at negotiating and guaranteeing peace, smart people!" and as she said it she looked into her eyes. Annie had a fire inside her when she spoke of these things, which temporarily melted her usually cold temper. "Yes, well, I hope I don't bore you with these digressions, the last thing I want is being boring. Eheh.".
  2. Annie kept curiously looking at all the cars that Kenna brought out and if these were only the ones she brought with her on a regular basis she would really like to see how her part of the cab was doing Kenna seemed nice, slightly strange with all that passion for technology, but nice, and she had seen a lot of oddities in the camp so now they didn't have as much effect on her as they used to. As soon as she heard about her spear, she immediately changed the focus: "Do you already have ideas for improvements, do you think you can do better, are there any weapons that return to the hand of whoever threw them, or that change size? " Annie couldn't believe all the words that came out of her own mouth, should she calm down? No, it was too cool to calm down. "Of course I'll come with you, right away! Let's go by my cabin first and I'll get some cloths to wrap" she said as they started walking towards the cabins. "Oh girl you and I are gonna do great things!" And she gave her a playful shoulder as they walked.
  3. Annie walked tired towards the infirmary, her foot hurt immensely and she must have limped noticeably, she had probably sprained her ankle, but she held her head high and proud, she tried to plug the cuts on her arms with the first piece of paper that was managed to find and didn't know enough about medicine to do anything else, she knew she had to go to the infirmary before dinner and that was nothing new really, she had impressive self-care after a fight....really.. .. in the end she was happy though, because training against Ares' boys was lively and exciting and she liked to show off her skills, not to brag. She by the way she would have asked Liam how to leverage anger maybe…she walked in the door and looked inside, it was very crowded. She trudged over to the one vacant cot, her foot was hurting, but she'd applied ice to it herself as she came here while she didn't care much about the cuts on her arms. Look look who was there that she was helping, as usual "Hey Silvio, how are you doing?" she greeted him casually as she, thanks to her powers, continued to apply instant dry ice to her ankle. She happily leaned back in the boy's chair and tried to peek at what she was reading.
  4. I discovered in few days ago this and so I'm going to present myself a bit late, sorry . Hello, I'm OTParadise and I play Annie Hernandez. I'm not new in roleplays, but it's my first time online and about PJO. Hope to have a beautiful roleplay with all of you and to enter in this fantastic community!!
  5. Annie had almost finished her eggs at the time and was listening intently to Katie's words who was trying to explain her sisters to her, so they too could ultimately learn something and didn't know everything from birth. But maybe someone could, she was still quite new to the "demigod powers" field. It was something that, after all, fascinated her a lot and she certainly wanted to know more. "Wow, well yes in the end I like you too, it's more people like Samantha that in the end if I listen too much it becomes a bit annoying. But in the end it's not a huge problem, we've overcome that more or less.". Meanwhile the ice flower was melting so she just blew off the water and dissolved the flower, it made Katie's face happy and proud to see her skills and heartily responded to her comment: "You're right I can... freeze things... this is like the super summary. What are you good at? What do you like to do?" she was genuinely interested in the conversation.
  6. "I'd be very happy to come and see your work. Can you say a new spear? I'd like it, I'm fine with mine, but in certain close battles it gets a bit cumbersome... It would be nice if you could give me a hand." Annie smiled at the girl and the desire to get to know her better grew, even though she was shy she liked the way her eyes lit up when she talked about her work, and not just hers but her whole face her. Cabin 9? Annie listened to Kenna's directions with interest and smiled when she told her the forges were super hot, maybe she could make something up to go because she really had a genuine curiosity about those places and what was being built in there. "Be sure I'm coming even if, if I come with seven towels wet with cold water on my neck and arms, don't start laughing. I might pass out but, since I'm too curious, I'll come." And she smiled at Kenna as the instructor signaled the end of class.
  7. "You know, I don't think I would ever say that but, you're right... this battle is different, even if I can't tell you exactly why, let's just say I feel it." And it was true, he felt his chest vibrate and her heart beat faster as the joy of battle propelled her forward, she had never felt such a sensation and it was quite new to her, but she loved it. She then heard Sage's answer about her "training" and decided not to go any further, their trust was fragile and it seemed that even she didn't like talking about the past, she understood it very well and probably it was like this for almost all the rest of the Camp. A rustle of wind, however, forced her to listen to the words about planning: "A perimeter? Yes, that could work, where do you want us to position ourselves ... and by the way you're right about waiting, but I have a feeling someone else will come." ahead of our comrades, stay alert." She gave her opinion of her as she continued to feel her back and then, recklessly touching her collarbone: "Ah! Yeah, it's a nick here, but it's okay, don't worry... thanks for your interest anyway." And maybe the cut was slightly bigger than she wanted to let on, but the pain wasn't what she worried about. Why was Sage worried about her?
  8. Annie ate slowly because she knew that, having arrived early, she had much more time to enjoy the morning before that art class she dreaded, good for her. Meanwhile he had to say that he was taking an interest in Katie: "Funny? Nahhh, I think you got it wrong, usually your sisters and I don't like each other very much, that is, I'm not one for strategy and planning, which is funny: I can only bear them during a battle because they're funny there. But don't take it personally, I don't hate people at first sight and I like you enough for now." All she wanted was for Katie not to get upset about it, Annie was, by nature, very straightforward with others and she knew this was going to get her into some trouble in the future, but, really, there was nothing she could do about it. Then came her question about her godly parent and she scowled a bit, but no big deal, it wasn't directed at her past so she tried to bring the smile back to her face. "My father is Boreas, he's a lesser god so I wouldn't be mad if I didn't know him, but I like him, because I can do things like this." she closed her hands into fists and concentrated, after a few seconds she opened them again and showed Katie an ice flower.

  10. She sat down at the table and looked at the girl with sharp eyes, she wasn't mean just she did it every time she met a person for the first time and now it came naturally to her. "I am, but you must be Katie right? I know a few of your sisters, nice to meet you." She attended her own art class, but she honestly didn't care much about her classmates in her class, trying to do the drawings correctly, as they came out horribly wrong, seemed like something to worry about more. But she now she wanted to meet the girl ... Annie smiled at her. Meanwhile she started eating and thought about what awaited her during the day, didn't she really have art class first?
  11. Miroslaw Mihailov biography Alexey Mihailov is a member of the Bratva, the Russian mafia, and lives in Moscow, he comes from a family of gangsters who have been there since its creation and today have great power, since he was a child he showed a strong charisma derived from his great beauty. For this reason, when he grew up and started working for the family he became a seducer with the task, for money or for a mission, of extrapolating information through courtship or sex, he was an ace in his trade and so far all the women he had with flirted had fallen at his feet... or that was what his family thought, in the deep of Alexey's heart he wanted a better life and a real love story. One day, in a St. Petersburg night club, there for a mission, he met a beautiful woman, the most beautiful he had ever seen, indeed in the world... Alexey began to courting her and lavishing attention upon her, she was the first woman he had ever attempted to court for love and passion, she was the woman of his dreams. He approached her slowly, but with her determination and tried her usual jokes trying to make her fall at her feet, but she was also cunning and ended up being the one to bed him. After that endless night of passion Alexey, with pure sadness, never met the woman again until about 9 months later he returned to St. Petersburg and saw her again, the woman said she was actually Aphrodite, the Bratva member couldn't believe it at first that all Greek mythology was real but then, looking at the woman, he understood that all that beauty could not be human and he was given a bundle that contained his son and the Goddess: Miroslaw. Alexey loved his son and he didn't want for him a life like his own so he tried to make them escape, but they couldn't due to a illness Alexey had that made him die before the escape. Miroslaw was adopted by his evil uncle, the other one that knew the truth about his mother. Miroslaw grew up in the world of the bratva and from an early age he was accustomed to violence because his father believed that, being the son of a goddess, he would be more powerful than many others and so he was, he always proved obedient and always managed to complete every task that came his way. was assigned. He was absolutely beautiful and this made him a good manipulator having taken after his father and mother. Unbeknownst to his father though, Miro didn't like the life he lived and just wanted to be a normal boy with friends and go to school, not being teaches at home with his uncle, he really liked history and astronomy and he would have liked to know more. But the day he was broken came...he was 11 when they took him into a room and asked him to beat a man up, the boy panicked under the stoic eyes of his uncle and, using a frightening force he managed to open the door and escape, everyone was alerted of the escape and looked for him, but there fate helped Miro and suddenly his appearance changed making him look like a 40 year old man, his normally blue eyes became brown and his hair blonde , was totally unrecognizable, not even his features made him recognizable by his acquaintances. Miro kept running, running and running until he reached a thicket and there he tried to build himself a shelter for the night, he stood on tiptoe to grab a branch when he realized he didn't need it: he was tall enough to reach for it without having to stand up on his toes and wondered why there was a river nearby, he looked in his mirror and understood what had happened to him. So many questions ran through his mind, as he had? Why did he have these powers? Was he special? He wondered this constantly throughout the night, but decided not to try to regain his real appearance because these powers could serve his purpose: he had decided to leave Russia, the Bratva and all his old life to start over, only him, like his father wanted. The next day he managed to get passage to a port on the border with Estonia and there he decided to look for a ship. While inspecting the port he found his uncle in front of him and, frightened, returned to his natural appearance, the evil adult had a falsely reassuring face and tried to convince his nephew to return home. "And you dare to call it home?" It was the answer of the boy who, for the first time in his life, stood up against his uncle and everything he represented. "Don't you want to come? Good! Know that there won't be other places that will treat you like a normal person, you are different! You are not human and you never will be!" And he laughed mockingly at his nephew as he approached and tried to take him by force. Despite the courage he wanted to show to his uncle Miro was terrified, he had always had so much self-confidence throughout his life, but now he felt totally important "I would like to leave, fly away from here, as far away as possible, away away" were the thoughts repeating in his mind. His uncle was about to grab his arm when it turned into a wing and soon became a small bird under his father's incredulous eyes, Miro no longer understood anything but he knew he had to get away from there and flew away following the direction of the wind , with a little difficulty since he wasn't in full control. Throughout the journey, however, he kept thinking about uncle's words: "You are different. You are not human" surely they were linked to his abilities, but he didn't feel like a monster ... maybe. After an interminable flight time he felt all his strength draining him completely and he suddenly felt heavier, he was human again and was falling, fear crept into his eyes but fortunately he ended up on a rubbish bin and he didn't get so bad, only when he came rescued by an accidental homeless boy, Drims, who let him know he was in New York and taught Miro English. The two lived together for a while, in the alleys of Brooklyn until one night Miroslaw, who usually woke up late, got up earlier and found Drims with a pair of goat's hooves, then asked his friend if he too could transform as he had done Miro months before and Drims marveled at his friend, realizing that he was a demigod, the satyr explained everything to him and took him to Camp Half-Blood. Here Miroslaw was claimed by his mother Aphrodite and became the new little brother of house 10, while, in the company of his friends and siblings, he learned to control his abilities and try to leave the past behind. Finally Alexey's dream of a better life for his child became true. Personality He is a very calm and serene person, he appreciates silence but he doesn't disdain people's attentions, if he finds some kind and beautiful girls he starts filtering with them. He doesn't like people without values or who don't show gratitude and is very loyal to those close to him. He's actually quite shy, so he doesn't look for the first approach, but waits for people to come to him. He is always welcoming to everyone, but one thing that embarrasses him a lot is being treated like a little boy since he is among Aphrodite's newest children in the camp. 12. It was the first time that Annie was alone with Samantha and, for now, it wasn't bad... in short, everyone was silent in the tranquility of the woods... Annie still doesn't quite know what to do. Why do we have to check the woods and above all, why do I have to do it with a daughter of Athena? She didn't have it in particular with Samantha but only, for now, no daughter of Athena that she met she liked, that's all. "Sooo, what should we do? I don't understand the meaning of our little wood trip it..." he said in his usual detached tone to the girl with her, who was a little further on. Annie hoped that at least Samantha knew where they were, because her orientation wasn't exactly her strong suit. It was the middle of the summer season and the temperature in the woods was very hot, Annie was already melting away, it wasn't her fault that she had minimal tolerance to any kind of heat... she was already pissed off about the entire situation. @ Samantha Adams
  13. It wasn't strange that she woke up early on days like these, it was summer and Annie always tried to wake up early to savor that cool moment of the morning which would later be replaced by the heat. Today she had art class and didn't want to be late, so I walk up to the pavillion to have breakfast and to her bad luck the tables were all full, there were a lot more people than she expected, but she didn't want to have so many guys around than before morning. She took a look around and, luckily for her, at one table there was only one girl accompanied by her books, it seemed the most peaceful place to eat, so she took a plate, eggs and bacon, and went towards that table . "Sorry for the inconvenience, is this table free?"

  15. She could feel Kenna not being very comfortable outside her cabin, Annie had heard it in her voice, yet he tried to speak softer to her, trying a little harder, to make her feel calmer. "Yes! That would be great thank you very much, even if you don't have to, I'd be very pleased, is that your passion?" Ok, Annie's attempts at conversation and genuine curiosity about Kenna's work, something that seemed to light up the girl with joy and interest, weren't going too badly and Annie felt really intrigued by the work of Hephaestus' sons in the forges. His gaze then turned to the setting sun and he let himself be carried away a bit by those beautiful colours, meanwhile he continued his conversation with Kenna: "Then if you want to talk to me or come and say hello, I'm in cabin 11. I'd be happy to " and Annie, strangely, couldn't stop smiling, she liked the girl very much, despite her shyness she was very nice.
  16. Perhaps the camaraderie had influenced her a little too much, let's be clear: she still didn't like Sage, she found it hard to trust, but she has to say that at that moment, having her in a fight wasn't bad, that handshake was a temporary truce, because, even though she didn't like Sage, he had a lot of respect for her and was good with weapons. Annie kept looking around to see other people: "Surely more will come... do you have a plan or do we go haphazard like before?". Her gaze returned to Sage as she answered and then she checked her body for cuts or wounds. Sage's question about her abilities however made her stiffen slightly and her gaze narrowed as she touched her back looking for cuts, she didn't feel comfortable talking about her past, especially with her, she tried to avoid the conversation however giving an answer: "Well, the streets teach a lot, but the lessons in the field aren't bad either, and you? Did you already know how to fight like this?".
  17. Sage had become a war machine and Annie was sure of this: Athena's daughter had managed, in a short time, to defeat all the remaining rivals with little or no effort, she knew her stuff and every second that passed made her more excited about the game. That feeling of excitement was what inspires Annie, that made her believe that there was something more inside Sage, not just curiosity but genuine uncontainable happiness. Annie looked at her with amazement and a veiled admiration (she was careful not to show the latter), the daughter of Boreas went towards her Sage and gave her hand since she did not see or hear anyone else coming. "You were good, I admit it, I understood why you are Athena's daughter" and I don't know if it's good or bad, maybe you're scaring me a little, but along with that also sympathy. Let's not expand though, you still seem nosy to me. The two warriors had defended the flag for a long time and Annie was satisfied with their work but now she wanted her teammates to hurry up and find the opposing flag. "And really there's no need to say thank you, I just followed your plan, which wasn't this bad" and that iconic smirk in her fece riappered, but it was genuine.
  18. "Mh, yes... I see. Well it's always good to practice and now that you mention it maybe I should go to the forges one day. One day I have to pass to your place then." She kept thinking about it as she saw Kenna's face turned redder, was she embarrassed? How come, Annie was confused, she hadn't made a good impression? Her breathing was shallower than normal and he often found himself staring at the girl in front of her. Annie seemed to really care about this new friendship ... if she already could be called that ... and she wanted to know more about Kenna, then she was very beautiful and certainly nice, despite her sympathy for her seemed hidden by shyness her. As the discussion went on Annie found herself more and more at ease with the girl, who seemed almost younger than her, now she was more open and perhaps that protective ice she had in her heart since her arrival at the camp would could melt with the right care.
  19. Annie could feel that Sage knew her stuff and the girl proved it by fending off the son of Ares' blow on such short notice, her skill with weapons was fantastic and she undoubtedly oozed determination. She was sure of herself and of her abilities and perhaps their strange partnership wasn't going badly, in fact, it seemed like they had been fighting with her for much longer. While she was thinking she heard Sage's call and quickly closed the distance between her and the flag to better protect her, she decided to surround the ground immediately next to the flag with a low wall of ice and deal with whoever would pick her up. "You leave it to me here! You can trust me." She gave Sage a resolute look and hers was worth a thousand words to Annie, it gave her the promise of her loyalty until the end of the battle, not before or after, only during it. "Do you want me to do something, just ask." and meanwhile she sent another raider to the ground, she tried to calm her heartbeat and stay colder, warming up in battles was never a good option and didn't allow her to think clearly as she would have liked. She honestly didn't know how she would deal with Sage after the game, but she felt lucky to have her on the team, she was a huge help.
  20. She returned the girl a rare joyful look and noticed that her grip had now improved, Annie was happy that the girl had interpreted the advice correctly and had not taken it for criticism or orders, which some demigods of the camp instead did, much to her great disappointment. "No, not for now ... then I'm not very good with the sword so you'd better ask someone else" And she laughed slightly always trying not to get caught by the instructor who was adjusting the position of someone further away. "I'm Annie, what's your name? Sorry, but I don't think I've ever seen you around...". Meanwhile she got closer to her and looked at her, she noticed her brown hair and eyes of the same color, but also saw the calluses on her hands. She looks like a hard worker, I'm not surprised that although she doesn't seem comfortable with a sword, she was still putting in a lot of effort.
  21. Actually Annie wasn't paying much attention to the lesson, no, she was already quite comfortable with the spear and the sword was not really her forte, so she stood in the shadows copying from time to time some positions that seemed to her important. The thing that attracted his attention, however, was another: the girl who arrived late who was also in the shadows, but not out of a sense of superiority, if anything, on the opposite, her movements seemed awkward, but more derived from a 'inner insecurity... that girl intrigued Annie, she had never seen her in the field even though she had been there for a few months now and she couldn't guess her divine parent definitely not Ares or Athena but she felt sorry for her, you know what it means not being able to do something. "Raise your hips. Keep your grip stronger." She found herself whispering some advice here and there about her, even though, with the coolness she knew they possessed, it almost seemed like her orders, Annie really hoped that this new girl didn't misunderstand her intentions. @ Kenna Rhys
  22. Sage's fighting mode also lifted Annie's spirits as she found the whole fight challenging. Her pulse quickened, it was a new sensation she felt and for a moment, with the wind and the forest surrounding her, she felt free… of course her joy didn't last though as half of the group piled on Sage and the rest on her. Annie speared them at specific points so she could get them out of the way as quickly as possible and the more she fought the more frost formed on the ground, making the soft grass more slippery, it took her a while to get rid of them all but eventually her opponents were knocked out. Sage seemed well taken too, but wait, a son of Ares was about to attack her from behind "Look out!" he yelled at her and for a moment wanted to throw a gust of wind at him to blow him away but a small voice in her mind told her that she was wrong to underestimate Sage, she would easily get away with it, Annie was sure.
  23. Annie stared at Sage with a bit of disbelief, while she was angry she was testing her ability to keep calm and Athena's daughter impressed her quite a bit. The tension between them was clear, it could be seen a mile away like cracks in a sheet of ice and probably even the opponents could hear her, that was a problem. "Mh, Sage, listen... you're not the first person I'd team up with, no one in this field would be, but I also understand that we have a flag to defend and one against five is suicide. This time, you can consider me on your side" an ironic grimace rested on her face for a few moments but then gave way to a more serious and prompt look. Sage undoubtedly exuded confidence and, Annie thought, her knowledge of her field could be useful in battle. The daughter of Boreas then made a pact with herself and decided that for once she would be good to others, to earn a place in the field you had to demonstrate that you were powerful and what better demonstration than a victory. The temperature dropped a few degrees as Annie's will to win rose. They were sure that even Sage no matter how exasperated she was, she felt ready to win and perhaps having a daughter of Athena as her companion would not have been a complete disaster. "I'm waiting... have you got a plain Your Highness?"
  24. Annie had to admit, there were a few people who interested her in the field for various reasons and Sage had become one of them…two years, that seemed like a long time. Annie noticed that all of her body language inspired curiosity and a desire to understand, but understand what? Meanwhile the game was intensifying, come on maybe I could make an effort to collaborate with her... she thought to herself, obviously only for the purpose of winning but, as soon as she heard that rustle in the trees she immediately charged and didn't listen Sage's instructions. "It was too late... and then why should I go left?" she demanded she yelled at her while she was busy fighting the enemy, which after a while she managed to defeat by freezing him with her spear…she would untie them later. Annie was walking back to where Sage was when she saw another group approaching, "And why you didn't help m- oh perfect...."
