LEORY! GET IN HERE!

Andralyn was in her room shorting through a bunch of her stuff. She wanted to try to let some of it go, so that she didn't have much scattered around the cabin and James wouldn't get so pissy with her anymore. She could hear her siblings out in the common area, enjoying each other company, which wasn't something Andralyn liked doing that often. Don't get her wrong, she loves her siblings but they were younger than her, well beside James. So, she didn't mind to hang out with time sometimes just not all the time. Listening to them giggle and laughing having a good time, she wasn't paying attention to what she was grabbing for. That's when whatever it was she grabbed for moved away, gaining her attention. Looking down to see what it was, thinking it was a lipstick that just rolled away from her, "AAAAAHHHHHH" she screamed, jumping back realizing it wasn't lipstick it was a snake! Running toward her bed she cursed the day her new little brother showed up to camp, she loved him, she did, but the creatures he keeps bringing into the cabin, she couldn't stand. 

"LEEEEEEORY!!!" she screamed at the top of her lungs, as she stood up on her bed, watching the snake, praying it didn't come near her.

Leroy would walk in holding and petting Sly after hearing his name from one of his sisters rooms. “That one aint mine! I Have mine right here.” He would hold up his snake to her and say “i got some hermes kid to get me a tank and supplies so mine don't get out no more. Would you like some help with that. Why is it in your makeup?” he would ask politely “Is it ok to come in?” if she says yes he would walk in open the window and pick up the snake and put it on a branch outside it and close the window. “See it is that simple now can i put sly away.” he would rush and do that and come back in the hallway and see his sister “So i swear it was not my fault this time. Man for a bunch of people who live in the woods yall sure are scared of snakes!”

When Leory walked in carrying another snake, Andralyn about had a heart attack. Being dramatic, she grabbed her chest and started breath heavy, "I don't care if it's not yours, g-g-get out of my room" her voice shaky as she spoke. Finally, Leory took his snake back to his room, but now she was left alone with the other snake again, but this time it seemed even more terrifying now knowing that it wasn't even Leory's pet. She was slightly getting use to his snake, but she still wouldn't go anywhere near it. When he came back to her room, he grabbed the snake like it was nothing and tossed it out the window. The minute it was out Andralyn plopped down onto her bed and scooted to the edge. Andralyn giggled slightly at Leory's comment "you know you got a point, but in my defense, I have been scared of snakes all my life" she said with a small smile just happy he got it out. "But hey, now your here and I can just have you get anything that come into my room now!" she said excitedly. 

Standing up and walking over to her brother, she patted his head "Thanks little bro" she said to him, as she walked toward her make up and started to pick it up and organize it. "Oh and by the way, you're more of a snake expert than me, you tell me why it was in my make-up. Maybe it had a date and wanted to look pretty" she said with a sarcastic voice, as she started to laugh.

Leroy would look at his older sister and say “ why would you be scared of snakes like my papaw use to say if it ain’t a moccasin or rattlin you’ll probably be fine.” He would start to laugh “He was a crazy old man though but I have heard worse advice. Really though it’s nice around here and I will help if you need it. But it’ll cost ya next time. And I would guess that the snake thought the lights on the lamp were warm.” He would continue and ask “ok I am bored! I’m gunna go find something to do. Do you have any advice on fun stuff to do or is every day just training then food then more swords and stuff? I like bows better anyways. I do not know what to do on a free day and also hiding from James. No particular reason but it seems like a fun idea to try and get out of chores and useless stuff like that.”

Andralyn laughed at the comment "well I don't care what it's doing as long as it stay away from me, and my stuff". Once her make up was picked up she turned back toward her little brother as he said she would help but it would cost her, she rolled her eyes at him "oh really huh? what are you going to charge your poor sister?" she asked with a laugh. Thinking about what he said she put her fingers to her chin wondering what kind of fun stuff there was to do around the camp. There wasn't a lot, but of course she never really cared to much because she had her cards and loved to play blackjack with anyone that would play. "Well of course there is other stuff to do, you got swimming, rock climbing, pranking campers, betting other campers to try and win their stuff" the last thing made her laugh. "Bow's can be fun but I do like my swords" she commented with a smile. 

"Hey I don't blame you on that, but he will find you eventually" she pointed out, as she continued talking "We could always blackjack" she says with a smirk playing across her face.

“I prefer my payments in the form of favors, those are always more useful than some money or drachma. You know Petal owes me one but since your a sis first one is free. I do not know what to ask for but I am sure I’ll need some help eventually unless you need some help from Petal.” He would laugh. But then as she continued to talk about the camp she would offer swimming and other activities and then suggest poker. “Would that just mostly be a battle of who can get more of our ma’s luck. Sounds like it could be fun but how is that gunna work see who she loves more.” He would start to laugh but say “what the hell? I wish there were some ares or Hermes kids around they like to gamble sometimes and the lose a lot.”

Andralyn's attention perked when Leory mentioned Petal, and a favor in the same sentence. Her eyes going wide and a mischievous smile spreading a crossed her face, as she started to speak "Soooo, what do I need to do to get my hands on..." coughs "eerr umm, what kind of trade you want for the favor?" she questioned. Grabbing her deck of cards, she got up onto her bed scooting her back against the wall "Hey, pushing mom to choose sounds like fun!" she commented at the thought, not sure if that's really how that works with moms powers but hey its an interesting thought. "I'd love to go swimming though" she said with a smile, she loved her water.

“Hmmmmmm. 2 months you do all my chores and i’ll tell Petal to help you with something. That seems fair to me. Don’t you think? I mean all my chores for James. He is kind of bossy and panicky. For a guy with good luck he seems worried about a lot. I let a lucky coin flip make decisions. It has worked out well so far.” He would pull out a deck of cards and sit across from Andralyn. “I guess you deal first.” as she was shuffling Leroy would ask “So you like swimming? I love to go swimming or out on a boat. However i feel like there will definitely be less alligators here.” he would laugh as he looked at his hand.

"DEAL!" Andralyn didn't even think twice about what he was asking, as she heard was, she gets Petal to 'make' her do whatever she wants. Rubbing her hands together, with a shit eaten grin. She would deal with whatever she agreed to later. That's when Leory finally grabbed a seat and agreed to play. She shuffled twice more and the delt out the cards for blackjack. Leory had a seven showing, while Andralyn only had a three showing. Looking back to her brother "Hit or Pass?" she says, as he asks her about swimming. "Oh I love swimming, especially here at the camp" she paused, giggling a little at his comment about alligators "no, your right no alligators, but it's still fun! We have boats here, you want to go swimming or something?" she questioned him curiously, she wouldn't mind getting out of the house. Anything to avoid James at all cost.

“Well that seemed a little too easy. I feel like i could have gotten longer. Do i wanna know what your planning. She made a delicious Breakfast so food is a good option. If your hungry or something. Also that smile is kinda creepy.” he would then look at his cards to see a seven of hearts and a 3 of diamonds that was hidden “I’ll hit!” he would then continue to talk “I would love to go swimming i havent been to the gulf or the swamps in what feels like forever. I use to love going to the pond and taking a dip in it. Wait now stop distracting me and deal the cards.”

Andralyn laughed at Leroy's comment, she couldn't see her own face, but she was sure it probably was a little creepy for her younger brother. "Oh nothing, you're a little two young" she commented back at him. There was no way she would tell her little brother, even if he was old enough. The thought's ran through her mind, so many options, food was one of them but maybe not in the way poor Leroy was thinking. Giggling as she is taken from her thoughts when he says, 'I'll Hit!' reaching for the top card of the deck she flips it and it's a nine of clubs, a sly smirk creeps a crossed her face. "Looks like you got sixteen showing, you want to hit or pass?" she questions her brother. "I say we go swimming after the game!" she smiles at him.

“What do you mean, I am too young? Nevermind i don't care i know you are trying to distract me so you can win. Also James said i had to sweep the main room. So don't forget to do that tonight.” he would look at her and her smirk made him feel sorry for Petal but at the end of the day he wasnt worried about it because he didnt have to do any chores for a couple of months. “I would love to go swimming maam. Is it ok? Also where do we go swimming? WAIT WAIT first i will stay also what did we bet what do i win if i win? Or did we not bet anything? Now show me whatcha got.” He would wait for this anticipation to see what his sister got.

Andralyn laughed as her brother retorted at first but then dropped it quickly, which she was happy about. "Do what? Sweep the main room..." she thought for a moment and then it hit her "OH!" she said, and her smirk dropped realizing what she had agreed too. Looking to Leroy she glared at him for a moment aggravation hitting, she couldn't believe she got herself into this mess, but you know what, Petal will be paying for this, her smirk came back as she thought about that. "Ya, Ya, fine I'll do it" she says nonchalantly, when she will do it is a different story. "We can go swimming at the lake, it's so nice out there you will love it!" she exclaims with a smile. That's when he asked about a bet and they didn't make one, so now her mind was racing trying to think, "Hmm, what do you want?" she questions him, her mind was to scattered at this point to think. Grabbing her cards she flipped them, revealing a seven of diamonds putting her at ten even, grabbing from the deck she flips over an Ace of spades over, giving her twenty-one. "Twenty-one!" she exclaimed with excitement; she was not expecting to win.

“I am ok with no bets for now. I do not see any reason for us to bet anything unless there is something that you want to bet. Just in case I lose.” He would laugh then continue alright “Big money big money big money” as she flipped her cards he would yell “Shit, i mean crap i didnt mean to curse in front of a lady.i was taught better.” he would then jump up and yell “Ill go get my swimsuit on and stuff. I love to go swimming.” he would rush into his room and find some shorts he used for swimming and take his shirt off and yell “Are you ready yet!? I do not really know the best way.” when his older sister would come out she would see him with just shorts on no shoes or shirt yelling “Hurry up slowpoke!” And just start running.

Andralyn was super excited that she won and busted up laughing when Leroy yelled 'shit'. She couldn't help but roll her eyes when he called her a 'lady' thought, she was far from a lady, busting up laughing even harder as she got up off her bed and headed for her closet. Leroy had darted out to go get his swim trunks on, while she was being picky on which swimsuit she wanted to wear. Filtering through her dresser drawer, she found an emerald, green bikini which was one of her favorites. Hearing her brother she giggles rolling her eyes even harder as he tried to rush her out the door "Just a minute" she yells out from her room as she gets herself dressed into her bikini. Walking out in a two-piece caring a towel with her, she kind of wanted to sunbathe too. 

"Ok, ok, I'm ready" she says as she sees her brother standing in the doorway of the cabin ready to go. He was cute how excited he was. As she walked past him, she scruffs his head with a smile "Come on squirt" she teasingly says to Leroy. Out of the cabin she walks along the trail that leads out to the lake. "It's not hard to get to, just fallow this trail, and it'll lead straight to it" she tells her little brother. As they got closer Andralyn smirks "race you!" she yell's as she takes off in a sprint.

“Allons! ALLONS ANDRALYN! It means let's go. Do you have a extra towel? I am using mine for something else. No questions.” he would start kind of bouncing up and down in excitement then he would see his sister coming down the stairs. He would immediately as she made it down the stairs and say let's race. He would be halfway out the door sprinting as fast as he could. And he would not even care about the race or beating his sister he was so excited to go the lake that as soon as he saw the water he would jump in yelling “CANNONBALL” and jump in performing said cannonball then finally turning around to see if Andralyn was there already or behind him. After seeing her he would swim over or walk over depending on the depth and say “So who won and who are you trying to impress out here? I can be a good wingman or at least one that speaks French.” he would laugh “I am kidding. So race again or are you tired now? Is there a tire swing?”

As Leroy ran out the door, Andralyn stopped to grab one more towel. Her mind raced as he said his was being used but not to questioned it. Andralyn was one to question though, or just find out herself. Running out she caught up with Leroy before he darted again doing a cannon ball into the lake, she laughed as the water is very deep where he was able to jump out towards, but it didn't seem to faze him. She on the other hand laid out her towel onto the sand, tossing Leroy's towel to the side, she laid out to sunbath for a bit. Sitting up onto her elbows when Leroy approaches her soaking wet, she laughs and smiles at his comment "I don't know, there's a few boys at camp, even a girl" she winks and gives him a smile smirk. Him a wing man, I mean maybe with the French he knows, but he was a little young, she thought to herself as she looked up from the ground at her brother. "I think I'm ok, thanks for the offer." 

"So, are you going to tell me what your hiding, or do I need to go through your room?" she says her playful voice and smirk showing itself, as she continues "you know, it's better I know or find out before James finds out."

“Ok so you have some crushes I was mostly kidding to be honest I don’t care.” He would crack himself up and then continue by saying “Why would I tell you? How do I know you won’t just tell James? Technically I didn’t break the rules of no new animals yet.” He would laugh to himself as he would put the towel next to his sisters and sit criss cross. “Ok it starts with a story and I will tell you but you can’t tell James yet? Because it is a secret and I don’t want him to take it.” And listen to her response which would convince him it’s ok. “Ok so yeah so I was running through the woods when I came across a cave right. So I did the logical thing and flipped a coin to see if I went in to explore it. So I did. And I found this bigger egg in it. It seems bigger than a bird but I don’t know what lives up here in New York. So right now it’s under my lamp to stay warm.”

Andralyn laughed, she knew he didn't care but she was going to entertain the idea anyways since he wanted to bring it up. Giving her a brother a half smile as he sat down on a towel next to her. She sat up into a copy cat position as her brother, when he said he would tell her "I won't tell James, you should know, me and James aren't on the best of terms right now" she comments with an eye roll and then leans forward waiting to hear what this thing he was hiding was. As he told his story Andralyn's eyes go wide, "You brought a egg into our cabin, that you don't even know what the hell is in it!?" she exclaims in slight horror, her mind was racing as what it could possibly be. She wasn't going to tell James, but she was going to try to get the egg out of the cabin. "Why don't we find somewhere other our cabin to keep the egg, who knows what could be in it, it could be something dangerous and you'd put us all at risk" she tells her brother, as she tries to think of a place they could keep it, that it would stay warm, no one would find it, and keep it out of the cabin. "Hmmm, what if we bring out back of the cabin, put it back into the woods, but on the outskirt so that you can still keep an eye on it?" she questions him. Most campers don't really go behind the cabins, there isn't really much back there besides tree line. 

"What you say?" she says and then gets an idea "Do this and I promise it would slip to James at all" she rises an eyebrow and smirks. She just wanted it out of the cabin, so close to her room.

“Yeah it did seem pretty awkward during the introduction. It seemed like you two was angry wit each other. Need some love between yall. Y’all familly kinda. But you know, none of my business.” He would continue listening to her then she would bring up the egg and saying that he can trust her. “Yes I picked it up, it was big, weird and not in a nest it would die without me helping. It is definitely dangerous it’s the size of a chicken. And if I take it out of the cabin what it gunna keep it warm I have it under a heat lamp I got for one of frogs which I just let go of so I could use the lamp.” He would just continue talking about the frog and how he was one of a few but that he was ok once the egg hatched if it was something that needed it he would keep it in but if not he would find something else to go in there. “So I can’t take it out of the cabin plus you already said you wouldn’t tell. Unless you know of somewhere with heating lamps to do it.”
