Julia Dutkiewicz Posted November 10, 2022 Share Posted November 10, 2022 Julia Dutkiewicz biography Julia was dropped off at an orphanage in Poland at birth. That was all she knew, she considered the other kids there her siblings, and when one would get adopted she would be happy for them, and sad for herself. She of course grew up speaking polish, until she was 10 years old. At the age of 10 she was adopted, but not by a polish family. She was adopted by an American family. She knew some English, and really wanted to learn more. Her wish to learn more, came quicker than expected. She never thought that she was going to be adopted by an American family, and get to move to America. When she found out about the adoption she was ecstatic. Julie did ask for one thing from her adoptive parents, which was wanting to keep the last name that the orphanage gave her. She wanted to keep that part of her polish heritage. After a few weeks, thanks to paperwork and a bunch of other stuff she didn't understand, the day came. She was picked up by her new mom and dad, Mr. and Mrs. Adams. They flew back to America where she meet her new siblings who were both younger than her. They lived in New York, New York, which was a huge place compared to where she came from. Once she was adjusted into her new home, which took a few weeks, they enrolled her into her new school. She was so excited for her first day. She did ok in school back in Poland, and she hoped that her new school won't be to hard either. Julia's first day of school was great, she ended up meeting a boy name James, who became her best friend. They did everything together. He helped her with her English, and her classes in general. She had a small crush on him as well, but she was to shy to tell him. He came to her birthdays, and he even came to one of her family gatherings. Her parents loved him. Her life was going great, she forgot all about her life at the orphanage. She missed the other kids there, but she had real siblings now, that she helped take care of and adored them. She had only been in the states for 2 years, when something crazy scary happened. Which turned her life upside down. Her 12th birthday had just passed when her and James were walking to his house after school. Something flashed passed her and she froze, blinking her eyes she looked at James "did you see that?" she asked him. But before he could answer her, she was knocked back onto the ground by a huge furry looking monster. She screams for James, who was already running at the monster, and he had horns. Her eyes couldn't believe what she was seeing, all she knew was she was scared to death. Scooting on her hands and butt, she tried to get away, as she watched in horror. She had no idea what was happening or what her best friend just turned into. After a few minutes James killed the monster and was back to normal, coming to her side, taking her hand to pick her up. "it's time" he said to her. She was so confused "time for what?" she questioned. He lead her home, saying he would tell her at the same time he told her parents. Once they got to her house, they walked in and he sat her down on the couch. Mrs. Adam's was the first one to see her daughter who looked like a ghost. Her mom came running to her, asking if everything was ok, and all Julia could say was "monster" Her mom looked at James in questioning. He asked her to get Mr. Adams into the room and he would explain everything. Mr. and Mrs. Adam's were in shock, they couldn't believe what they were hearing, and they wanted more proof. They thought James was just making stuff up. Julia, didn't know what to believe, she never knew her birth parents, so she had no idea. But when James said going to a camp would get her claimed by her Godly parent, she was kind of curious. She loved her adopted family, but the chance at getting to know at least one of her parents was an exciting thought. In order to convince her parents, James showed them his true self, and they almost fainted. But after being convinced and they were thankful he was around to help their daughter, they talked with Julia. Coming to the conclusion that she could go to the camp, but she needed to continue to go to school. She agreed and James even said that, its works fine because the camp is actually here in New York. Julia packed her belongings, and said her goodbyes for now. She was excited to find out who her mom/dad is. Getting their didn't take long. As she approached the gates, she looked at James in shock as she tried to grasp how real this all was. He escorted her in, bring her to the house. He told her to wait here until the bonfire, which is where she will finally know who her mom/dad is at least. Personality Julia is a compassionate person. She cares for her family and friends, and is always willing to help wherever she can. Julia can be a very outspoken person, and tells it like it is. She has no filter. Julia will talk about anything and everything, she is an open book. Julia loves kids, and animals. She can also be very dominate in her every day life, she doesn't like being told what to do. She is self-concision around boys. She can be very outgoing when she knows you, but if she doesn't know you she can be shy at first. Julia also has a competitive side, mainly with board games. Nightmares: Being disowned Fatal Flaw: Can't say No, which causes her to enter a lot of situations unprepared because she's too busy following what others say.
